Hey guys, just a qn from me....

 

Whats the difference if i use a full system exhaust and slip on only? Is the only difference in performance? I just wonder the difference... And what would u guys recommend in terms of sound... I heard Arrow and Yoshi gives the most va va vroomm....

 

Any one using the GPStyle Yoshi? Think its R55 or something...

 

I'm using the Yoshi R-55 full system..

Exhaust is comparable with the others such of Leo-Vince/Akra/Arrow..etc.

Growl at idle not that loud..But the wails at the top is ear piecing(in a good way) is distictive.

Its a non-street legal exhaust even with the DB killer(Baffle) on.

The Header are Stainless steel avail only with a Low Centre Gravity Design..

 

My recommendation if ur using ur bike totally for street..Best stick to street legal ones..

Plenty of street legal exhaust in the market with arrays of budgets..:thumb:

Thanks Rein_Jahat14... Anyway, if i have the slip ons, do i need the power commander? Dyno tune it? What i know is if its a FS than i need to tune it... What about Slip on? Any additional stuff that i need to get?

This is to my Knowledge & seen..

Slip-on..makes no impact actually..infact

Some Slip-on make ur machine lose its top-end power..

In terms of Sound..I believe the Stock exhaust Growls loud enough & Kinda Distictive already..

Looks on aftermarket usually are more racier lah..khekhekhekheke..

 

PC3..with slip on is not necessary..

even some guys with a F/S manage to have their bike running great without PC3..

But its always good to have a Fuel Management system(Don have to Be Dynojet PC3/PC5,There many other systems in the market actually)..U don wanna end up screwing up with the engine..

Or at least consult a reputable or proper shop to have this feedback..Cheers.:thumb:

if there is a difference in ECU,den i tink it is not compatible to use on a 2008 r6..

the later part no changed cos, they include a lambda sensor controller, which was not released in earlier versions.

IMPOV.............. its not that most pple are unfriendly/dun bother or dun knw the value of e bike.....

 

it is a point that........y izzit that you dun bother to do any research/homework/ask shop first..instead of str8 away ask in here....

to give comparision of price which i think is better than st8 away ask wats the price is...

kos not all of us own a motorshop/work in the motorshop...

What are you planning to buy?

exhaust - I personally would prefer buying in SG if its a legal exhaust if not it will be a harass to get it licence.

 

high value item - If you going to buy expensive stuff make sure you do your work before purchase. Eg. Double confirm the item with the seller whether it fit your bike.
