If u wanna quote me for putting the name in the open, u gotta read the whole postings and see that before me someone already mentioned his name.

Read, for the sake of it.

Was Marcus totally not at fault?

Those who know Flowers, knows that PG is not new to him... We all know that when exiting turn 12 into front straight your vison is not obstucted... would Marcus still keep his throttle open when he see an idiot doing a stoppie(2nd attempt)?

vision wasnt obstruct, but the gixxer was still on the move when the duke exit and the moment the duke on full throttle (the flag area) the gixxer stopped... simply got no time to aviod..

I agreed that motor racing is dangerous and must be prepared for it. But what is that fellow thinking? doing a stoppie immediately after the flag and during the start of a slow down lap!!

:dot:

thats dangerous and immature for a class2 rider, in pits ok but on track .. sigh

wanna do stunts should go circus.. the impact was very bad..

Try to say "we should not blame any party involved" if your brother is the one that is bleeding. Please be more sensitive when you post comments like that.

I am very shaken and emotionally sad. I hope the stoppie is a mistake of hard braking, not stunt showing.

No, because of the slip you sign before you enter the tracks.

acci hard braking? at track acc hard braking means eat gravel or kiss tramac

Juz hope no such things happen again.

Ride safe ... festive season.

OMG.....rest n peace..... saw him a couple of time at pg.

that mangkok was doing stoppie for the 2nd try when he is on the left lane and in a split seconds, the ducati didnt manage to siam him as he was pressing his throttle and brake till he endo and clashed wif the k4 600.

yups he is a malay guy, well known for doing stunts wif his s4. he can wheely like nobody biz but did a stunt at the wrong plasce and timing. he shud do it on the extreme right lna instead of the left.

pity the guy.....

The moment I read this article, it just shows how lucky i am. The accident I had sepang turn 9, the rider in front didnt do a stoppie, but changed his lines while i went very hard in braking, and WHAM!!!

walked away with broken collarbone, and the rider in front with a broken rib.

can someone pls confirm when the accident took place. after red flag of 5 lap challenge?

K4 doing a stoppie on track, really stupid. at least do it near to the right side? if the accident took place after 5 lap challenge, what was the duc rider doing with his throttle.

what can be concluded from this accident is both riders lack track ethiquette. as long as u r a rider on the track, ur concentration should be 110% on the track, knowing machines around u. personally, i learnt this the hard way. though i was trying to concentrate, due to lack of sleep, lost it.

someone said he checked his blindspot. whether he checked his blindspot or checked vehicles behind, bikes acclerating at high speeds....takes less than 10secs to do 400m, so think again. slowing down vehicle, should be off the track or on the right most side.

any details on the wake?

Don't just break your laptimes, SHATTER them!!
