The Revo is expensive because we're paying for the EFI and ABS technology.. for a 400cc bike, and at 14K... I wonder how well it do with all the other more attractive options... I'm riding a Vtec3 and absolutely love it, I wouldn't trade it for a Revo... I guess it's the last of the carb breed from Honda now..

 

for a 400cc 14K machine price... Really not worth it. but the 14k might be for the abs version?

wonder how much it would cost for the non-abs version? i really like super 4 series and wanted to get a new one in a couple of months... but the price like a major problem....

HI bro, if im not wrong NinjaLite is already gatherin many others includin me to buy in bulk be it SPec 3 or Revo, im pretty much sure we can get a better bargain tat way..Seems like Revo price is fluctuating..but watever it is..soon almsot all shops will be carryin it and it ll be more stabilised.

saw the revo at S1 motoring 13k machine.. tsk seriously its quite no very ex luh.. furthermore i see the end can erk like funny damn big.. has it gt a catalyser or sumthing?

 

well ya as said paying for the efi but still i think an fz6 wld be better for that price...

maybe you are right.. normally PI cars or bikes are the first to arrive before distributer ship in..

 

went to Looi's to take a look.. slip on endcan.. so endcan option still available.. IMO, it'll be having a better looking endcan becuz of the slip on..

all PI models are not warranted by distributors.. even for cars..

if you try to bring a PI model to the agent and asked for repairs and such, you'll be shoo away.. at least that's for PI cars.. bike not very sure, but sure the same..

 

most agent will say: "bu++ itchy, why buy PI..? wait for a while and pay a bit more only mah..!"

that depends. price will still fluctuate even if boon siew import the bikes. as fuel prices soar, shipment prices will oso soar. that will of cos have an impact on the bike price. n of cos factors like demand will oso contribute to the price.

high chance is parallel import cos revo is a totally new bike though outlook is exactly the same as spec 3. engine is different from the previous bikes. so agent might not feel confortable bringing in the bike in bulk. so shops like looi's or mah will bring in 1st, then if market good, then agent bring in.

the exhaust i saw is in full system leh. i even touch the header to the endcan portion. just like PB1. 1 whole piece. i know there is a guard preventing rider's heel from rubbing against the header.

maybe not for this revo currently, but if buy the normal spec lll from those reputable bikeshop(they will let u know if it's under boonsiew),u can bring to Boonsiew for servivcing n warranty.

B-king? well, admire can lah... same goes to the busa 08. but i like the new ZX6R. can rev damn high. if didn't remember wrongly, max rpm is 22000.

 

if confirm PI, get it from the shop like looi's whom brought them in. so anything wrong can bring back to them. if get from another shop like mayb ASP, then the warranty is by looi's or ASP?? but definitely bikes parts have to get from the importer.
