Yah i agree with you. More Nouvos high resale value and lower parts and accessories price . Good for Hong Leong Yamaha ah, free marketing for them:)

OTR will cost about S$5000+, depends on which shop and the COE. Does Nouvo in My base on that price costly not?

Same here. But they never ask me but keep looking at my bike.

:sian: The wheather does not seem favourable to us tonite. I've just reach back home. Will fix another date. Any suggestion? I'm looking at National Day eve.

National Day Eve, i'm going up to Cameron Highlands.

On National Day itself, SBF might have a trip To Endau Penyabong. A nice peaceful place to relax. Do look out for it.

Sian ah. I kanna another accident today. For those who stay in the north, who might have pass by Yishun Avenue 9 Esso. I stay around that area. There was a traffic light after turning left from Golden Village. So the road is a small road with 2 lanes only. There is a bus stop in front of the Esso. After passing the traffic light, i noticed that there was a bus at the bus stop. I slow down my bike and check the mirror for vehicle on the right lane. I noticed a citycab and wanted i saw that it slow down and signal right in front of the yellow box. I thought that it was turning right into the Esso Petrol station. Hence, I wanted to overtake the bus so I move out. Suddenly the taxi move ahead and I realise that it was beside me. At that time, I was pillioning my dad who is 70 years old. I was consider as quite careful. I feel like I was being squeeze through in the middle of the lane. My handle bar scratches the side of the taxi and then I fell to the ground together with my dad. Then not only that the taxi driver come out and say why I scratches his taxi. I feel and my whole hand was bleeding. He panicked and he told his passenger that it is going to be a long time. Then the passenger was actually rushing for work and left after paying him. Then the taxi driver called the police but the police ask him to settle on his own. End up the taxi driver called his company and told me that the company will settle with me. I need some advices from here. Eventually I have evidence to prove that the accident was his fault. Because his left mirror actually closed up after the accident and his right signal light is still on. The taxi driver also claims that he signal right because he wants to turn right in the junction ahead. Apparently, before I try to overtake the bus, I realise that he came to a stop in front of the yellox box. How can he still insists that he is right on turning right in front of the junction and I cut his lane?

It'll be good if you have photos (especially the taxi's folded-in mirror and his right-blinking signal light) but you were probably not in a state to take photos. Any witnesses will be good. Actually the police making the report plays an important part. If you have influenced him that it's the taxi driver's fault when he was onsite making taking the statement and details, you have a case. He will actually try to assess who's fault, take note of skid marks and the way the accident occurred, something like CSI.

Make sure your insurance company has been informed. Nowadays, people like to use lawyers to enhance their case (loss of income, mental damages, etc). If you feel you have a strong case, get a lawyer to represent you.

It's an experience gained the hard way. 2-wheelers always sustain more injuries than others (except pedastrains). So always swallow your ego, be patient and let them go first; knowing that eventually, they'll be stucked in traffic and you'll overtake them.

have u brought your bike to be survey by IDEAC? then proceed to your insurance company to do the report. also go to the police station to record a statement.
