alhamdullilah point tak kena deduct and tak kena summon..

but this seriously weakened my claim liabilties issue..

but i will just fight on..

saper saper tau wats the next best course of action..?

Alhamdulillah jugak tak kene point or any traffic offences. AKu pun pernah kene cuma aku kene claim against la. So insurance scooter aku dari $98 naik to $200+..

asal eh kau kene charged careless riding lak eh? i dont get it.. kau PM aku wat exactly happened.. aku try think of a way.. ni mcm de terpaksa see how much liability the insurance company willing to give.. ur injuries are major.. if they accept very little liability, they save a lot seh..

sometimes watever outcome by IO does not affect kau punya claim liabilitites

coz aku peh kes (dated end of yr 2005) dapat settled even before surat from IO TP

according to lawyer aku dulu, where TP is concerned, it's either to saman the rider or the driver or both parties

about claim issues, all that depends on your appointed lawyer & insurance company

kalau kau cuma pakai insurance nya lawyer, all i can say.....u juz hafta fight on

 

for aku nya kes (MC for 3 months, hopsital bill $3K pasal undergo right hand surgery, bike repair $100 pasal tukar frame slider), insurance cuma offer $200. WTF kan?

 

as compared to aku punya appointed lawyer, he managed to get 7K plus for all the above. see the diff?

 

ok geng, aku wish kau all the best

Malam turon Kampong Gelam Cafe pat bussorah street

kul 9pm. Pada kengkawan baru yang nak berkenalan,

pape picit aku, Yanani or sesaper aje yang korang

feel comfortable with. Tak kira korang bawak motor

sport ke, scrambler ke *batok*, wave ke *batok lagi*,

or ape-ape motor skali pon. Takmu segan silu bak Aie

kata tersipu-sipu kemaluan.... Lelaki ke pompan ke maknyah...*aaauuuuwww*...

Semua kita campur....

 

 

Nie MSR tertakluk dan terbuka pada semua. Kalau

korang ader pape event or outing yang korang rasa

nak sound kita suroh joining, sila post aje. Insyallah

kita akan join as every week kita look forward of spending

times with frens. This week is lepaking, campinging,

overnighting and fishing pat Changi. Next week kalau

sesaper aje ader suggestion, events, convoy or watehber, foheber,

bilang aje. All are level, there's no comittee or chairman

here. Love All Serve All.
