Last thursday afternoon I was at plaza singapura and there was a broken visor on the ground in front of my bike when I was leaving, It was all scratched up and cracked so it could be that it was the one that was replaced. Obviously whoever owned the broken one doesn't take care of his/her gear so the theft of someone elses wouldn't be a problem for them. I had taken a photograph of the bikes around me when I parked because the spaces where tight, just in case my bike was scratched or damaged by someone leaving but I deleted the photo after checking my bike.

Some people can resist anything but temptation.

Locking the helmet on the bike is one way of tempting them. Why don't you remove the temptation and just carry your helmet with you wherever you go?

Saves you the agitation of getting your knickers all twisted in knots.

no offence,it is common understanding we don't take whats not belong to us.

Way back 8 years ago been carrying it,been there done that...its tough to carry so many things around, especially when u r goin into a busy mall.

and by your context, guessed SG bikers better not go in JB....once out of sight cfm high probability of lost. Not to tempt mah.

What goes around will comes around..

Even for a visor, people still wanna steal..Ridiculous isn't it..

I can understand how you're feeling now..

Likewise for me, every night before i sleep, i will never fail to curse and swear the F**ker who stole my Arai helmet..Make sure he regretted over his wrongdoing...

The thief will get the retribution sooner or later.......

Just like common sense and common understanding, it is supposed to be common yet alot of people don't seem to have it.

I fear to park my bike in JB at a location where I do not have a visual contact with it. Thats why I don't shop in JB malls.

Saving a few dollars can cost you your bike. I don't like the risks nor the odds.

To ride on the road, You need skills,Stamina, or even luck.

But to be a good rider, you have to change with your environment, and adjust yourself to its rhythm.

Cultivate the confidence to face the different situations. Don't let yourself to be subdued by the environment :thumb:

bit off topic but i knew this guy who stole a gun metal arai just to fit in to my group of friends because all of us are wearing arai ram 3 we did'nt like him before and now we hate him even more for being the thief that he is, but karma came around and last i heard he kena suspended for 6 months and fined 1500 for a traffic offence haha he could have bought 1 rx7 n one ram3 brand new with that amount of money he had to fork out

A pound of knowledge is worth an ounce of love:thumb:

wow! so many comments in just 3 hours. PS car park is one place we shouldn't leave things hanging on the bike. My IU has a lock and its black cover, cashcard inside... went for a movie, came back, lock was broken, cashcard stolen. guess this serves as a warning to us riders to take care of our belongings.

You can't buy happiness, but you can buy a bike, and that's close enough.
