no point u change to LED light.. It is brighter but not worth for 2B bikes cos a pair of signal light can cost u $75 already.

There are 2 types of compounds for "preferred" KRR tires, road & sport for both Dunlop & Bridgestone brands.

 

Bridgestone "normal" compound is known as BT-039

Race compound is BT-039SS

 

Dunlop "normal" compound = TT900

Race compound is TT900GP

 

I have been "stuck" with BT-039SS for my last 3 years & although I have an apparent slight dislike that it provides a little less feedback that what I would expect from a premium tire (Most of my friends have no complains so I may be the unique one to complain), I am generally happy with the tires grip and most importantly, the tire is predictable and does not give nasty surprises even during hard braking and controllable rear side stepping.

Seen a lady rider riding a blue (stock) KRR wearing black helmet before also but at Tampines..Actually I've seen alot but I don't think they come in SBF..I don't even think they knew that SBF exists..But no harm trying..

cool link u got there. as wat i say to the others b4 bt39ss dun have sz for my back (sz-110) so we got to use bt-39 for the back.. in the furture if im changing my type i'll get 39ss and a rear 090.

u don't have to use stock 110 for ur rear

 

if u use a 90/80 it sure lightens the bike but can only play straights !

Hehe! Yeah , I stare at the meter. It's ok for me coz quite used to hitting top speed in my former Class 2 sportsbike (~260kmh), so quite comfy at KR and SP top speed which we know the meter not accurate. In reality, will be about ~160kmh only, not ~180kmh.

 

Motul 710 replaces 600, not 510(semi synt).

new kips rider...got a few qns..kips normally full tank can goes up to 280-300 ? i think mine drink petrol like a lot...any ways to make the fc better?

Yes..Take public transport la..

 

Seriously..Either don't open throttle all the way..Ask your mech setting for you so it will have better FC but also will mean lower top speed..
