oh ok thanks kito btw i hav another question..recently when i took out the bike and with jus 1 kick the bike started but arnd 3 to 4 days later when i want to start the bike i hav to kick like alot of times some more i on the choke also n change the plug oready..why is dat?can someone clarify me?thanks

I am not sure if all kips are like this, but most of my friends who ride/rode kips has this problem as well, no matter how frequent full servicing is. Kr needs the choke to start especially in the morning or after long hours of not riding. If your bike is like this, just ignore it and use the choke. But if your bike still can't start even when the engine is hot, then you should go and get a mech to check ur carb. Maybe need to retune.

hi guys im quite new..well i jus bought a kr a few weeks ago how do u tune the valve as my rpm 5k will start to be jerky2 like got something stuck..but well throttle more its ok..but most of my fren say the valve should open arnd 6 or 7..can someone guide me..thanks

valve open at 7k rpm n above, go service ur valve

not enough 2T just add loh, i always after wash bike then add 2T, i will not let my 2T be less than half tank, so is my fuel tank.

insurance the company will take the most inexperience rider, in this case it will be u

Bike put 3-4 days?? Never on engine at all?? Could be wat those riders called as overflow with fuel... Normally mine wun caz I off my fuel everyday...

hmmm, as per just now being mentioned... Did you warm up your bike for let's say, 5-10 min?? or ride around 5 min?? Cause cold engine is like this de.. If after 5 min of riding, engine hot liaoz.. Still like this... hmmm, have to go for servicing of valve bah... Tune valve.. Dun have.. tune carb got..

guys2...yesterdae when im on my way to werk my rpm suddenly jump to 2..my usuall is 1.5 like dat.....den when i finish my werk i kick start my bike but itz very hard so i gt no choice but to on choke....when i off choke onli, the engine dies.....when i do a few times oredi i wanted to move off..and the engine dies again...so i have to keep to gear 1 and 2 all the way..untill 3 min ride den my bike ok oredi......do u guys noe wad happen....?

 

Hmmm, this "might" due to carb dirty or tune of carb not good enf, have to re-tune? or "when's your last servicing?"

I have this problem also "after" full servicing, mech tell me ok lei no problem but when he test bike come back, engine also dies off, he tune again and it's ok liaoz.. up to now, my bike never fails me...

I guess brake fluid and etc is check onli right?? and *bear in mind it's doesn't include changing of piston/piston ring... Just in case anything wrong, YOU HAVE to change... else Piston jammed.... Gasket price included?? coolant flush for you?? have to check alot alot of things...

 

Anyway, guys, I'm going in JB again next month to change my ball bearing for my rear tyre and check ball bearing for handle bar as well, anyone interested to go??

yo... KR depending on it;s plate,, try not to get from bike shop as the price is highly,get from our forumers and it's cheaper by at least $100-$300... ^_^

maintainance, make sure 2t always there..change eo accordingly..lube chain..wash bike up to ur own preference..chain not loose..warm up before u move off esp after long tym no ride..clear valve once in a while..brakes & lights working b4 movin off in d morning..overnyt park where pple wont bang into ur bike when they move off in d morning..find urself a mechanic u can kamcheng-ho with, cuz can be a plus for u when anything happens later on..hmm..wat else? dunno ehks..i still learning..d other constructive comments and suggestions are for others to contribute if they want..

lol, no prob bro..hahax, very hyper ah you..it's not long la actually..done either daily, mthly, yrly, when ever u wan or can..it's to ensure smooth going frm one pt to another & also to ensure d bike can last good..dun wori u'll get the hang of it once ur bike is in ur hands..

 

lol, lavender..get urself d latest edition of street directory book..frm popular..or any1 who got extra latest edition..'hafal' d direction..know especially well d petrol kiosks near there..u'll need to pump full tank 1st..contigency plan if u got 'sesat'..

 

if 2t not enuf wen u check at bike shop, ask dem to fill up 4 u..dunno if dey'lll do tat 4 u..ask dem nicely lor..give tat i dunno anything help me face..dun act like u know cuz dey myt not wanna help u out..just check d condition of ur bike as i mentioned in my abv post..dun care if dey say 'the bike ok wan, no need check'..its ur bike now (literally, but will be urs only if u pay full cash), so u got ur ryts..
