if its oily enough to form droplets. then you should go change alr. if not normally it will have a thin layer of oil. and regarding to your dirty part. how long never wash bike? if got wash frequently i think will not have that dirty part.

if your problem cannot be solved.

its either time to change mech. or time to change bike. haha.

 

just washed recently leh.. everytime use cloth wipe of the black black stuffs.. after awhile come back again.

i changed my oil seal for my krr for 65rm then top up oil 15 rm.

 

hi, how to tell whether it is the oil and oil seal problem??any obvious signs??

u will see oil and blacks stuffs on the silver part. and ur suspension will be a little weaker. clean the silver parts of your supension entirely. then press your fork up and down about 10 times if u see oil again on the silver part then your oil seal is gone

Did anyone done overhaul recently at jb?? Hw much rm?? N wat did they change??

 

They told me around 700 izzit include piston, piston ring, bearing conrod??

get the stuffs they said they gonna change from singpaore then give it to them to change its bloody cheap.

 

for the price of one conrod they quoted me in jb i got an original conrod bearings piston and all. i only paid 100 dollars for labor.

That day i go JB　Full service my Kr, Change a new piston and piston ring due to scratches on the surface, and polish the Block.

Change to good Coolant, and the Bearing on the conrod.

 

Less than RM400.

My black M-FIZZ Evo II just got stolen at NUH main lobby parking lot. I was smoking with my friend across the road. Didn't notice he take my helmet. Went back after 5-10 mins, my helmet was gone.

 

Please look out for a lime green KRR. No Kawasaki sticker on oil tank. FV plate. No P-plate. a malay rider around 1.7m, right chest tattoo. Using M-FIZZ GEN III helmet.

 

He was with a white/red/blue CBR150 with no side fairing. FBA or FBB plate. CBR rider is using air brush helmet with some clan logo.

 

Sigh, helmet got stolen by a KRR rider somemore.

bro i think jaykecik is talking about the bigend conrod bearing. the small end bearing or piston bearing which is attached to the conrod can be changed for a very cheap price. the expensice one is when change bottom end bearings and all.

 

i overhauled my engine for 270 plus sing. which includes

piston piston ring, piston bearing,circlip,

conrod, conrod bearing, crank bearing,

oil seal, gasket ,labour, bore and polish block, engine oil,

 

for my tzr though. singapore quote me 800 plus, talk coc k say parts hard to get la this la that la.

Hey.. What u mean by the battery holder cum suspension cover? Do u have the small cover for under the seat? the small part covering the 2t bottle tt cover..
