Anyway here's smthing to ask u guys. Recently my bike, the fuse gets blown frequently. Noted that it occurs everytime there's engine brake. I presume overcurrent occurs. Headlights and brake lights are still in working order. However signals and horn are goners! Havent send for repair yet. At the moment i juz replace the fuse. 40cents each hehe. Dun hv time to send it to mech yet. What do u guys think. Possible its the rectifier? Wiring? Any1 encounter this b4?

try using big fuse. liek if u are using n.o 10 . try 15..

our fuse is rated at 15, if u are using 15 and it still gets blown.. means sth wrong le.. happens to voodooll door before... jeremy when getting back my fuse?

well

i got a pair of custom made brackets to prevent pple from stealing the seats

nobody interested since i posted for quite long already

guess its time to bring them out again

anyone??

 

anyway when the fuse keep blowing...means some part of the circuit is shorted or some electrical component somewhere is drawing too much current frm the battery

electrical problems are quite a bit.ch to troubleshoot

rectifier will last quite some time..maybe is the wiring or just a lil relay..the last time is my relay that create the problem.hope this help.
