1.maybe it the fuel filter kena choke...need to clean 2. water......3.do u have scott oiler...if have refuel oil. 4. see knt clifford

gauloises21, the DL1000 side racks will not fit the DL650. Different mounting points. Even for other brands like H&B etc. I may want to dekit my DL650 H&B side rack (not the quik lock type, supposed to be more sturdy according to some reviews) to revamp my luggage system. PM me if you are keen. Please note that new H&B side rack cost $375. Please offer reasonably. Cheers.

 

Bros, thanks for explaination. Oh u wanna dekit yr side rack, so yours is H&B side rack too? Cos i am looking for givi side box, can it fix for givi box if it is a H&B? I dont quite understand e (not the quik lock type) but is it still secure and security right??.

What happen to LLPOP? Wahrao! Can anyone PM me?

 

I am now in Yala alone, at first lost Al-Simmons & Shafie otw to Narathiwat, but was with the other 3.. but otw to Yala town, lost Yem, Umar & 1 more rider. Donno where they are now... no hp network here. But my hotel lobby got free wifi luckily.

 

Tmw riding to Betong and out to Msia and SG. Where did the incident happen?????

some the details are

 

It was a freak accident ,the convoy was not speeding, b. He was the only filial child had only his mother at home, according to his mother he was the replacement rider for the trip , not slated to go but there was a last minute slotted given up so he slotted himself into it.

 

The journey was uneventful until he reach ipoh , kansar then the tragic accident occur , but thanks to the team who followed up with him and help the mother,who flew up , oversee the retrieval of the body back to Singapore. this is a tragic loss ,the wake is held in blk 204 marsiling drive till 26 Apr 8 am then they will proceed to the crematorium .

 

The mother is appreciative that the team stay with her and help arranged the affair

 

This was his First trip to Hatyai

 

As to the detail of the accident no one know for sure , according to the news the police is saying he hit the sign board pole

according to the news the incident happen 10:05 am at the 257km marker on the NSHW near kuala Kangsar and they are in a group of 9 bikes and 3 car convoy to hatyai this was his first time traveling in their group to Thailand.

 

there is no eyewitness to the incident and when one of the member arrived they found the bike at the side of the railing as shown in the pictures and him on the grass patch after the railing and they were extremely upset.

 

they waited for the ambulance to arrive and accompany him to the kansar hosptial where they performed an autopsy on him and about 10 of them had stayed with him throughout at the morgue until the mom took a flight out to identified the son in the afternoon.

 

the bike was sent to the computerise inspection center.

 

the police are investigating the event under section 41(1) of the traffic act

 

He is the only child and son and he died at the age of 29 leaving only his mother behind

 

additonal inform ; the group he was with had help to arrange all his affair and had accompany him and the mother back to Singapore

 

Salute to them.
