o_O cause they are still inexperience? RS125 will be a dangerous for a rider who just passed (like me) if they think they can handle it and just whack..

 

High possibility of causing/involve in accident.. thats why premium also high.. and also the bike machine price is expensive.. if you buy 2nd party.. it will add in to your premium..

 

i am 21, passed last year dec.. riding 06.. insurance is around 1.2k..

True, if previous owner did not run in bike properly you would have to deal with the problems. Then again, if you do not run in a new bike properly you will still have problems.
