I had been running my bike without air filter for 12yrs, no problem for 34mm carb as it came running rich. For 28mm Carb, not sure. Best is you have to check your plug condition and determine to re-adjust you AF.

Posted

i been running filterless too... no problem for mi. oem filter i dun know how much. the price of 90 is after market filter.

ok i will go take out the filter soon...can take out by myself de right? so i can keep the filter if need to put back next time...any effects on the fc? no need mech to take out right? jus unscrew 4 screws then take out everything inside can le har?

but if taking out the filter means more air go in then jetting all same...then most likely will run more lean right? the AF ratio? and it will lead to seizeure running lean??

anyone got the website with pics n descriptions for plug reading? and an accurate plug reading can only be obtained after u did a plug chop??? plug chop is running the engine at high speed then switch off the ignition right?
