As I'm in Bangkok now attending a trade show, was pleasantly surprised to see a manufacturer displaying a set of RS rearsets.it cost below SGP $300 n I be getting a few set for my buddies n myself. N as most of us are aware, almost all imported raceset are manufactured in south east Asia countries especially in

Thailand hence these are quality sets, once I have a set in my hands, I will post a pix here.

Cheers peeps...

Mine was previously at 24.8km/l too before i did the following things -

- change from stock piston to Wossner piston

- defreakincarbonise (made the sound crispier)

- went for 2 weeks reservist without running my bike (which was supposed to be ridden by a buddy daily who last min AWOLed)

Now has since crippled to 19.6km/l. But im still positive with its performance.

Anyways, thumbs up to Mesaboogie for the Mass Order init. Cant wait to see and hear your bike when drug trade is done all the way from UK.

I'm using BT090 - decent cornering and has saved my life a couple of times avoiding skidding vehicles etc with its sheer and sensitive traits.

Ride safe..!

Bullmoo.. Sure bro once I have a sample, I wanna see if they are of certain standard i.e my personal standard :p. Stay tuned..

Here's another of my opinion.. I have seen plentiful comments on grateful expression on products being great , wonderful, brilliant, Godlike... Statement like 'brembo saved me' or ' michelin' save me etc etc .. Matter of fact is you saved yourself because you were alert n having the presence of mind to make quick decision within a faction of a sec..or it was our inbuilt survival instinct that save us... So ultimately it's ourselve, we can have the most costly expensive blings on our bike but we were sleeping on the job, none of the thousands we spend can save us. (this comments does not apply to sub standard or 'replica"

products) :p

Alpha 12 , out of production??!!?? Hmm the things bike shop says when they no stock..it's the latest Dunlop have for their Alpha range of tyres.

Btw if u just gonna use for road, here's just a suggestion, all my tyres incl my Triumph Daytona, after 3 times on the track, I will sell it off at less than half of the cost of what I bought it for. It's still very good for road useage as the center part is still good and so is the left side, only the right side is like 70% worn.I be selling this set of alpha 12s after March 6th. N it can still be use on the track for a couple more trackdays.speakin of tyres, I seen a RS with Michelin power 1s on them n I know the owner paid quite a bit for them, the center is totally squared off whereas the sides were almost like underuse.expensive rubbers unuse. Such a pity.

I will stand by choose to standby the standard statement "Brembo Save Me"

Brembo mstercylinder and calipers has been my standard equipment on both my RS125 & RS250 , rain/shine..

They perform flawlessly...

Hey.

I get bout 21 km/litre myself. Oh Stock is around 25km?? Mine is second hand, 03 model.

Most motorcycle problems are a result of the nut that connects the handlebar to the saddle

i think he did mention a disclaimer that it does not apply to substandard parts. so yea if ur equipment is up to standard i agree the best upgrade u could do is to the ecu in ur head :D

this one i reali agree. there was this one time where i almost collided with a van who made an abrupt turn into my lane to turn into a road on the right side. i swerved right to avoid him then realized that i was heading towards the curb and a lamppost so i swerved left again. dist between my first swerve an the lamp post was like 10-15m max. i narrowly escaped but i hafta say i dun noe what i did. everything that happened was juz instincts and it happened so fast. dun tink i'll be able to recreate that maneuver if u asked me to do it again. didnt even think i was capable of reacting tat fast. goes to show the capabilities of the human body when its in danger. lol

but if u dun intend to chg ur carb u shud consider getting it tuned. but my suggestion is dun waste ur time tuning the 28mm carb ah. juz get a 34mm and tune that. would be a waste of time tuning it then after awhile u realize that u want more power and wana get a 34mm. then must start all over.

What do you mean by tuning? can ah seng do it? or does it involve painstakingly doing plug chops and what nots?

And to the rest, your milage seems relatively sweet. is it after tuning your bikes?

Hi everyone, quick question. My front brake has started to 'squeak' lightly when i brake slowly. Does it mean that it's time to change the brake pads?

Mine squeak on the rear when I brake in slow speed. And the best part is I Juz changes my brakes not long ago.
