Hi Fellow Divy Buggers,

I have officially sold my Divy and have downgraded to a smaller bike. I am glad to have riden this beautiful bike for the past 6 years and the experience of being a Divy Bugger is unforgetable. Thank you all for your laughter and fun during our trips up north. All your advices and help in different ways have given me a lot of insights to this wonderful bike. I will be putting Touring on hold for now, but riding will always be in my blood. I will definitely be back on a tourer heading up north with you guys in the future.

Do call if you have local makan sessions. I might still be able to catch up... :p

Bat, I will introduce the new rider to you once I officially hand over on the 15 Nov so that he can link up with you guys. He is a very nice guy, a teacher from a Sec school in the east.

All the best and RIDE SAFE! DIVERSIONEERS!

Some of the good things have to come to an end. With commitments on both hands, we understand the need to let go your 900 baby. Having a smaller bike is pretty good these days, with more congested traffics happening on the road, you will be smiling ur way weaving tru cars effortlessly. Safe ride bro.

Hi Swift,

Great to hear that you have moved on to the next chapter of your life. Gain something, lose something. That is life. Hopefully, we will go up north again one day, Cameron, Fraser Hill, Rawang fish...

What bike are you riding now?

I had sold my GS too, no time to ride. I am riding horse (real one) now. It is fun and very challenging. :cheeky:

Don't worry mate, we x-buggers will not always limits to local sessions only. Will find means and ways to go north.

Some bring wife & some bring wife w baby.

Usually will have some form of gathering somewhere around CNY where most of us are back :)

Juz brought a 00's impules 1400 but the feeling is nothing near to Diversion...

Till then... stay cool and enjoy you new life!

Bro, eventhough you have sold off your ride, the idea that remains is that, for 6 years of your life, you have been a "CHOSEN ONE". What sets you apart from the other riders on the road, is that: You are one of the lucky few who have owned and rode the XJ900S Yamaha Diversion!!!

Now, we welcome another CHOSEN ONE into our fray!!!

Some riders fail to realise that we don't belong in the same Class....

Since my accident, I'd love to ride the open road again, esp in a Divvy convoy. However, I cannot confirm yet, pending roster request... will update again...

Oh, by the way, as at 23 October 2010, after the repairs due to my accident, my MEDIC bike is officially named "White Angel".

And on 2 November 2010, the SCDF officially launched it's new 3-wheeled Piaggio paramedic bike aptly named "Red Angel".

What a coincidence!!!! ;p
