Wah...horse...definitely more horse power than what we ride...hehehe. :)

Actually I have not hand over my bike yet...on 15 Nov. And I am picking up my Gilera Runner 05' on the 13 Nov.

 

 

It is a pure one horse power, from 0km/h to 40km/h less than 0.5sec. 40km/h to stop, less than 0.5sec. Making an U-turn on the spot at the speed of 40km/h!

Come and visit me lah, I will intro you to horse riding. Then you will find that riding a T-max or a GS is nothing. A horse can bring you almost any type of terrain or road you want to go. No speeding fine, no parking fine, maintenance free, no road tax, no insurance require.

 

Who knows, you may get to know some white chicks here! Many horse riders here are young white ladies.

Hi Fellow Divy Buggers,

 

I have officially sold my Divy and have downgraded to a smaller bike. I am glad to have riden this beautiful bike for the past 6 years and the experience of being a Divy Bugger is unforgetable. Thank you all for your laughter and fun during our trips up north. All your advices and help in different ways have given me a lot of insights to this wonderful bike. I will be putting Touring on hold for now, but riding will always be in my blood. I will definitely be back on a tourer heading up north with you guys in the future.

 

Do call if you have local makan sessions. I might still be able to catch up... :p

 

Bat, I will introduce the new rider to you once I officially hand over on the 15 Nov so that he can link up with you guys. He is a very nice guy, a teacher from a Sec school in the east.

for those who take part in the Safety Riding event organise by BBDC this coming Sat, the meet up place is at the Shell petrol kisok at the corner of Bukit Batok West Ave 3 by Bukit Batok Road.

Time is 0730 hrs.

Attire long pants, covered shoes or riding boots, long sleeves shirt if you have.

Bring along a pen.

 

See you then and be punctual.

Good evening Diversioneers!!!!

 

On Saturday 13 Nov 2010, Team Diversion was represented by some of our members to take part in BBDC's (in conjuction with the Traffic Police) official launch of Ride Safe campaign.

This campaign was launched to address the problem of rising motorcyclist deaths on Singapore roads.

The campaign is aimed to create awareness of proper riding gear and safe riding habits.

Team Diversion participated in the Amazing Ride, a game which is similar to Amazing Race, where we were given a route with checkpoints to locate - on our bikes.

At the various checkpoints, we were given a quiz on safe riding.

 

The buggers that were present:

 

1. Bats

2. Rudy

3. Nasir

4. BlackAngel

5. jums

6. William FZ44

7. Boybulance (me!!)

It was a carnival-like atmosphere, we were given nasi lemak for breakfast and lunch was provided....

We were also given a goodie bag and a lucky draw....

By the way, admission was free for this event!! :cheeky:

 

Bats, Nasir, BlackAngel and me won a lucky draw prize that day.... :thumb:

The seller is diver below... Wasn't he looking for a Diversion about a couple months back? Almost the time when i was looking for one? Recognise the bike on sale? Could it be the one that was sold by the philip mah guy?
