if u are having a old bike magnetic coil usually cause this problem..i got mine changed, and i saw almost more than 1/2 of the coil black n 'burnt'. now its a lot better when cranking up le =] can go to your trusted mech to take it out n check

Guys, what engine oil shud i change to?

Hie s4 bros, needs to hear some opinions from u guys before i make my mind in changin a yoshi full system for my bike.

which one will u are prefer as the full system?

1. slip-on full system (end can + hodaka header)

2. normal yoshi full system, non detachable kind.

 

anyone has positive experience with hodaka header, commonly distributed thru motoworld ?? does it affect ur bike horsepower significantly as well

Just bought my 2nd hand S4 Spec II last week.....need to ask a few questions..

1) When u start the bike,does the back signal light turn on?...mine only the front

2 signal light..is it normal?

2) How to reset the tripmeter?....whats the difference between trip1 and trip2

3) How to change the time?..tried to press the button and hold but no effect

4) How much does a voltmeter cost?...someone selling a used digital voltmeter at $25

stoner: Yes, this is normal.

2) How to reset the tripmeter?....whats the difference between trip1 and trip2

stoner: During touring for example, you could use the 1st as distance covered from Petrol Station to Station. & the 2nd for overall distance travel.

3) How to change the time?..tried to press the button and hold but no effect.

stoner: Try pressing down and holding the left button (I could be wrong, been quite a while since I change the time)

4) How much does a voltmeter cost?...someone selling a used digital voltmeter at $25

stoner: Try LAB, it should cost about $30 brand new.

 

 

Please refer to above with regards to your enquiry....I'm having the Spec 3, but I think it should be the same...

Hi bros,need Yr help urgently..I'm intending to change my sprocket and chain?

 

I think I will go for original sprocket and DID-X ring?

I ask two famous shop,1 quote me $230, another quote me $250.

 

My bike is mostly for transport,getting a place to another and I'm riding by myself, no pillon,only once in a blue moon.

 

Bros out there,is there any different brand or chain u all would recommend me?

I'm on a budget,I hope its gd and would last for a long time..

 

Appreciate Yr help deeply,planning to go down Tomo morning..

cheap one gt.. unique gt grp x chain plus don know wat sprocket at 150 i think... else cheapest is did x chain plus italy sprocket?? also at unique... u might wan to call them to ask if there is any combi that includes did x ring at the price of 200..200 is he cheapest liao i think

for ques 1, personally is nt normal, cos im riding spec2 too... if nt wrong, spec 2 by rite don even have front pole light... rear signal light on is bcos previous owner go zhng it..

 

for ques3 , did u press tgt the 2 buttons?? need to press hold wif key at "on"...if cannot, try to feel for the clicking feel for the 2 buttons...if one have click one doesnt means no contact tts y u cant reset

Can go check out at Ahh Fook mototiam..at Blk 5032 AMK Ave 3 Industrial Prk 2..OEM Honda Sporket set with DID "X" ring..about $200-210...good and long lasting.
