Haas! Never mind about been smoked. At least we don't pollute the air. You sell it off on the sales forum? Maybe get your girlfriend to hold it? But it is not wise to do so. Better take public transport instead.

 

I also clock very little. I stay in camp and am only get to ride like five time each month.

My gf wont hold it for me de.. the huge freaking thing is sooooo long... :(

 

Today nearly got crushed by a P-plate lady driver driving toyota wish... the whole stretch of road from CBP to tampanis... Keep tailgate me... fugging *hore... Keep doing imm braking still wont back off... FYI... I already doing 69 on a 60KM/hr road... In center lane... left lane all buses...

the front vehicle also quite close liao... So drivers are soooooo xing li bian tai... (wonder how driving center pass ladies that cant even overtake using the extreme right lane)

 

kena challenged by a modded KRR again... traffic junction outside century square... The fella stopped right beside me then it goes like this...

 

KRR: (See my bike and me a few times) Revs throttle like mad...

Me: (Bochup)Wont give a dammed...

 

lights turn green (Right turn)

 

KRR: (wacked throttle) and kup the turn like racer boy...

Me:normal turn

 

Next traffic light junction(Red light)

Me:stopped next to him (bochup again)

KRR:diao me and revs even harder

Me:dulan but bochup

 

green light

Me: instant wack throttle and switch gears... (My GPR exhaust much more louder than his)

KRR: wack also... but somehow still slower than me...

 

Hiaz... Why so many ppl got problems with sportsbike... sportsbike does not means racer lorz... :(

Haaa... Do you know that for every 1 sing dollar spend on 4stroke bike (petrol, maintenance.. anything), 2T bike like KRR, SP, TZM have to spend 30times more? I read this article somewhere in some SG bike magazine.

I like to see why get agitated by putting other's people problem and punish ourselves by being angry :)

Anyway MOTOGP is wiping out all 2 stroke bike soon enough, I dont see a point these 2 stroker would be "throttling" for long. They are 'expiring'. XD

I dunno lei.. Maybe he give way to me... cos i dulan liaoz... Haha... Guess 2T bike is now a thing of the past already... Now is 4 strokes and super handsome bike... good for models posing and save the earth and lives. haha

agree with that... some of my frenz ride SP but a few months cannot tahan then need sell off already... I at bike shop see tons of SP and KRR for sale... condition is modded until CMI...

Now my bike feels rough and I have to use thick engine oil to cover that. Techy says my piston is not "eroded" properly as it suppose to be during running in. And the manual also say, running in is the MOST important period in a bike's life. :(

Did u change any lighting stuff!

 

Nope. Stock bike, only changed the wheels to the fatter ones and battery like the mechanic advised. (at queensway shopping center that area, forgot the name)

 

Anyway, confirm something wrong with bike liao, I ran the engine for 2 hours+ and when switched off engine, battery completely died. Nothing at all, lights, etc.

 

Something very wrong somewhere. But I'm quite surprised that this bike need to run engine periodically if not using. did not know bike battery discharges pretty fast. because nowadays i usually drive, bike is just for occasional night riding / contingency plan / or when weather/traffic conditions optimal.

hah.. i go around 5.5k rpm.. but for awhile nia... :( But bike shop de mech says juz dont exceed 7.5rpm for first 800km... I clocked 140km le... highway i use 6.5rpm.. :(

@mrwonderful: Think about this, do you think Yamaha would be so dumb to design a bike that is so weak and electronic dependent that they need the end user to run it like every few while? Cannot be right? How they ship in the bike then? Alike Tanaka, I think that your bike is not charging. Need to open the engine and see the coil already.

Hi, My engine i believe is alright.. I will do more testing :) I only stick to 5.5 to 6.5rpm as per advice by mech... He say dont go above 90km/hr.. The max i hit is 85km/hr... now completed 150km liaoz... wonder if i should stick to book advice or mech advice? :(

I will... My gf loves my current pillion seat.. she hates those small pillion seats on the new R15... Anyway, the new R15 only looks slightly better nia... But performance,FC will still lose out to current R15... Correct me if i am wrong :)
