dun think we can judge by the pic.. there might be a helmet in front of him and he might juz be scratching his head while waiting for the traffic light?

i strongly believe he actually took off his helmet at the traffic light to do something with it since we cant see both his hands. then the driver took the oppurtunity to make stories lahh to make it more happening.

i think there is more than meet the eyes. judging from the riding position that he is in. he probably took his helmet off for a while. quite rare to find bigger cc bike in queue behind cars.

1. from the position of his head, he is looking down. Not straight at the traffic

2. you cant see his hands on the handle bar. it seems he using his hands to adjust something

3. Lastly if the rider is truly not wearing helmets, the driver will video him already. where got so nice to take picture?

Anyway just my assumption. i could be wrong though

now singapore got so many kay poh people, we riders also become kaypoh lah. Take pic of drivers making offence loh.

I was wondering who started the stomp anyway... its like telling the citizens, pr and foreigners the ugly side of singapore.

Maybe a bunch of high class people living in a hdb flat and don't want any "irritating black sheeps" in their estate.

Maybe a bunch of "just-get-to-know-how-to-use camera phone" aunties & uncles trying to show and make a point to the higher authority that they are lack in something and can't keep the law under control.

Nevertheless, it is good to make people aware of their mistakes (but not to the extend that you will put other people in hot soup, so just let the authority handle). Good as in like a wake up call to these kind of people.

However,if the purpose of the stomper is to humiliate a person,a group or big organizing, then better dun show off your lousy taken photos to the public . People not commiting offence, happy happy take photo, for what...kaypoh right..

I still remember the 2 poor chaps sleeping in a police patrol at multistorey carpark, si bei suay ah. What happen to their rice bowl I wonder...

anyway, just sharing my point of views. I would like to see a ban on the stomp section one day.
