Will only be ready next week.

They needed the parallel brackets from the old radiator to weld on new copper-mixed rods together with pair of fabricated housing on both sides to hold the rods, then tap 2 holes one for thermostat fan switch n one for drain plug.

Important material r the brackets, it has the exact screw holes length to hold the fan n a pivot guide to mount radiator on to chassis accurately.

Otherwise I will need to leave my bike naked at the MSCP for at least a week. :)

hi bro simon

can share where u did the copper mixed rods n roughly how much?im interested..thank u bro

I ride at 70km/hr only...please please dont blow2 at me or overtake me dangerously....wait i change into Incredible Hulk n dont know why my little baby bike will always be ahead of u if u do that

U got pm.

For best result before installing new radiator, do a engine flush.

Remove thermostat n with a strong running hose of water, chuck running hose into below left engine block before radiator n into half the thermostat housing that support the 2 clamp hose, both front n back one at a time.

Start engine n rev well for some secs until clear water runs out...... Done!

U'll surprise to see what has flushed out. :D

I think my spare might still be good, I bought a whole used unit(with speedo, tacho, temp & fuel gauge intact) recently while in Ireland & I just replaced my tacho cos mine takes a long time before it starts to respond.

I'm currently overseas on assignment, if you can wait 2-3weeks, when I'm back home will ping u & u can come take a look if it suits you.

But I think item #7 in the diagram is bad as 1 corner is ripped off the plastic casing, but the backing u mention is still good.

Hi guyz, need to do up my seat. Where can I fabricate a new one. Also saw another ST11 with side panel & meter panel covered with carbon fibre material. Any idea where to do it. Just recently renewed 10 yrs COE.

Just an honest opinion and experience from 2 close frens who have owned e US version, try to stay away from it. Lots of issues. My favourite mechanic hates e bike as well cause it continuously gives problem. Its best to look out for Euro version, year 2000 and newer. But of course alot depends on how e previous owners have cared for the bikes as well. :)

Bridgestone BT-023

I'm currently using this tyre now, is there any other tyres that are more durable?
