how to check the radiator got leak or not? by visual check?? any prominent green liquid seen?

This is applicable only to non-vtec bikes as Vtec version don't have it. There are two holes, one each side in the engine mid block between the fins.

If there is coolant leakage, it comes out from there. Again, its the trick of any smart seller fo thier bikes to use plain tap clear water..if there is a leak..you can't tell because it is colourless and tap water dries up real fast so you won't know. Check your reserve tank and make sure the coolant has a definition of colour, otherwise..leak until no coolant so dunno..block would open like over ripe durain like dat...

what are the bulbs for left right signal indicator and high beam , neutral. think got 2 burnt already...

What are the recommended eo for ver s? ah pek, please recommend 1 or 2 brand with full name. Thanks

There are four..its all T5. If you want to replace them, use LEDs type T5..much brighter and very cool and low current comsumption. Meter has to be disassemble to a certain extend. Mine is using this. Its not hot thus never blurr out the colour plastic indicator shield.

Eo?...aiyoh...I tried them all lah that's why I have to blend myself to suit our age bike and to bring back the performance. Any brand you name it I tried it all..from Maxima Ultra, Motul, Agip, Mobil F1 Gold..except for the very high end Liquid Moly one used for car (too expensive to try). Anyway..eo for car and bike no diff!..have been using it all my life on bikes. There are some discussion post on the eo forum thread..go check it out.

EO are all mostly blended the same, especially for fully sync and some with ester (help prevent water formation). Most branded eo on the shelf is good and quite generic especially for newer bikes. Most of them have their claims. Probably you and I would not find them satisfactory from off the shelf ones. So, you have to concort it yourself and this I did. Its very suitable for bikes 3 years onwards..from gear box sound damping, good lubrication cum almost friction free to great performance (reaching your maxs horsepower at the shortest possible time) with excellent protection. Call it whatever you wan.."Ah Pek" eo is the only brand I know now...LOL!

Ah Pek, if the head gasket's only 2 month's old and it starts to leak on the right side, with a "hissss" sound coming out, can I just apply a gasket sealant to cover the leak up? What type should I use? Any recommended sealant?

Your R1 arh???...better go back to bike shop that does it and get a free replacement mann!..that is provided they did not nick or badly scratched/cut your block coupling surface. If this is the case, no stock gasket can help you.

This leak can be caused by uneveness of bolt tighting the block head down too. Has to be done evenly in a cross star manner otherwise, its an unlevel installation and leak is common under engine compression pressure.

If all your bolts are tighten ok..then no choice..have to get a new gasket and add Hi-Temp RTV liquid gasket..(normally dull red in colour) to blend and seat into the damage leakage area surface for a flat touch with the lower block surface.:sian:

No...on your right just below your seat..the side panel tighten by two size 5 allen key nut. Take it off you will find a semi-trans plastic container (coolant reserve top up tank)..this is the one I'm talking about..can see the colour of coolant.

You want good coolant..come find me.:sian:

I only fill in what you need and depend on wheater you change oil filter or not. $16 per litre..normally you need 3 litre and i RECOMMEND x-1r (3-IN-1 type) to go with it..$38 per 8 ozs bottle. Your eo change interval extended to at least 7k :thumb:.
