TS. From my personal experience and on normal bikes, the meter will just reset to 00,000 and carry on from there.

 

On a comedic note, your bike will EXPLODE!

If its digital, and your bike has cheap-ass electronics, then it might get stuck at 99,999 or how many digits your meter goes to.
