they die die wont allow, they've seen alot of accidents and they really don't wanna me take 2b.

but i didn't care. i've listened and done everything they told me to for the most of my life, it's time i do something for myself.

they knew when i rode my bike back home. althought they were pissed, they knew they couldn't do anything about it as well. I was earning my own money and was responsible enough (gears and mentality).

they still nag, but which parent wouldn't?

just tell them you're taking the licence first, if they allow, good for you. if not, try explaining to them and assuring them you're a safe rider, if you're safe in the first place.

It's all the stereotyping about riding a bike that has parents all clingy and paranoid. Mine didn't care either way. My dad was a little bit concerned but not about the bike part; he was more like "but you're pint size!" I think that was dad speak for "you're a midget and people can't see you on the road so watch out." My mom had a more amusing response: "biking? Awesome. I love Harleys! But you have like ZERO hand eye co-ordination and your sense of balance sucks. So if you get into an accident don't come cryin' to me. But ooh! Let me help you pick out your first bike and so help me if you get a scooter I WILL disown you." Gods, I love my mom. :-D

My parents were dead set against me taking my 2B license a few years ago, and even told me not to come home if I enrolled for it..

But a few months later, when I passed, my dad brought home a Gilera catalog and said that the runner looked nice and asked if I wanted it. I politely declined and went for a sports bike. Lol.

And even up till now, my mum always tells me to go buy food or other stuff like bread or groceries on my bike.

how to rider carried stuff while riding? a big bag pack?

Fix a box. Use big bag if overly concerned with box spoiling outlook of bike.
