Upside: Girl pillions can hug you :cheeky:

Downside: Body smell of smoke from vehicles, perspire alot and get sticky at the end of the day.

i counter downside by keeping a can of deo spray in my bike

Don't take my kindness as my weakness.

its the spirit that keeps u from exploring, not the mode of transport.

Most people go through life following the crowd.

Others think for themselves.

They go their own way.

It made my hair shorter.... (haircut)

But seriously, it's definitely the everchanging landscape of public transportation that I've left behind...crowded buses, poor transport timings, expensive taxis. Oh and how can anyone ever forget the short hop to a 24-hour bar n grill with your biker friends...something a B.M.W.'er would instead have to end up at home late night watching boring TV shows.

Be patient with your ride. It'll stay upright for you - Anonymous

Pros:

I can work after 12. No more midnight surcharge. Home to work in 20 mins, 15 if I ride like a maniac. Anytime anywhere.

Cons:

How it felt to fly like a G6 and the pain of it on my wallet. The pain of maintenance. Everyday cough due to smoke from other vehicles. I get lost often.

So rush hour job I ride public, see chiobus on MRT and squeeze with them, work at night I ride bike, open road and few cars so can ride fast2.

sure anot u wan squeeze with ppl on mrt

same here.... easier to style when i get to work or interviews....

took train last sunday with my girlfriend and hated having to cram in with 200 other ppl... but it sucks when you get caught in the rain when riding.... dangerous and you never realize how painful rain can be when it hits your body at 80km/h....

also now im super paranoid about parking in HDB car parks.... recently got a lot of SP kena stolen...

Cheap + fast = no good

Cheap + good = not fast

Good + fast = not cheap

I got fatter.

I got lazier.

I go so much more cheapskate.

My metabolic rate went down like hell.

I barely exercised anymore.

Now like so fat my mum ask me to hit the gym again. Everyday nag at me. Sigh...

All modes of private transport do that to you, it takes away most of the exercise laziporeans have.

Counter that by maintaining a physical physique so you can ride safely and handsomely. Face buang got full face, body buang cannot hide. Plus, handle bar cannot turn fully due to stomach.

Or you can ride athletically, shifting your body weight on a bike provides better control if done correctly, better fc and has a slimming effect!

When the winds resist my impetus and sights become passing shadows. Every other sound is voided, all but the undeniable roar of my engine.

My physical vision recepts naught, but my mind is tranquil.

I see my inner soul.
