Bros any recommendations for tuning of injectors?price range for injector tuning?

hehehe... new to birdies so nid to get some info from u experianced guys...btw i'm riding a 98 model birdie...

 

From what i know 98 model is carb...not FI so no injectors..Carb wash n tuning is about 80-100SGD...If your using aftermarket cans,its best to rejet..To rejet the carb sui sui...you need to get those jetkits from dynojet or factory pro and dynorun to get the best jetting combination...

 

Btw there's no way you can tune an injector,unless your using a Powercommander fuel management unit...

oh i forgot one more thing.. my friend can help to bring in ABS PLASTIC BB Fairing from china for S$500.. if any of you guys interested, can look for me.. got 50 over models.. and he can also do new model if you have pics.. im not sure of the quality la coz its ABS plastic and comes from China.. tot of buying and ask them to spray SG flag on it.. can use during NDP.. confirm TP see they will escort.. but dunno escort go where la..

My bike meter shows there's FI indicator...and the logcard shows its a 98 model registered in 99....as for ur easier method,can i add in the silver colored bottle of STP additivies tats selling for $25?hahahaha....but seriously will it werkz like u say pumping full tank of caltex platinum?

need help! my frame sliders flew off.. to be exact is the right side ones..

 

without the screws on the right side slider will it affect the engine mounts? because some old riding khaki says it might be one of the points suspending the engine...

 

so will it really affect the mounts without 1 screw? and, how much does a pair of frame sliders cost?

hmmm but does the fairing fits perfectly on our BB? i have experience from ebay, stuff from china is like flimsy and not very very good.. like you do 2 to 3 times high speed touring koyak liao..

 

 

any advice on the quality? and i also wanna get the nice looking allen screws that came originally on our BB.. cause mine is like disintegrated lioa wahahaha.

I did some comparison of petrol grades in Sillypore and my best medicine is Caltex,immediate smooth throttle response felt,dun compare Mehsia Caltex ....asal bole jer. No harm putting injector cleaning though. But dun do too often la. There are other parts u nid to look out for like plugs and fuel regulator.

Ouhh ok..now i get it...btw the last edition of bb was 2007 with abs..anyone seen it in SG?...

Motovation sliders...at 65SGD..Bro..i suggest you immidietly get it done..btw on the right hand engine mount there is a small 3 or 4mm washer that is sandwiched between the engine and frame...I'm afraid yours is gone..Installing the mounting bolts without the washer will cause abnormal engine vibrations..Experience that when ah chong planet forget to put mine..(feel like polishing his head with brasso after that)..

 

Lastly when installing put a dab of blue loctite on the screw threads to prevent the screw from loosening itself..

yerah i went to bikeworkz to get it done.. but no stock. and cause my thread is rounded alrdy.. ah beng say might need to down engine then he can rethread. so now he suggest me bolting from the other side to hold up the engine and sliders. quite sad when i heard that..

 

anyways he say can tahan leh... cause he say there are like 5 mountings on our frame.. but i am still worried la though.

i've also used caltex platinum before...and comparing it with shell v-power i still prefer caltex platinum coz i find tat v-power burns much faster den platinum...anyway yest i filled up msia's caltex 97 + stp fuel system cleaner....according to the stp bottle instructions its to be used every 4000miles so cannot use often...will try octane booster for my next full tank fill up....
