What to do if get into accident with msian vehicle?

Just wondering. I heard there is alot of redtape involved, so it's near impossible to get a claim from their part, true?

Forget about it. Had a minor accident 5 years ago. The rider cut into my lane without checking or signalling and his head was facing left while cutting into my lane which is on his right. Crashed into him and flung a few metres away but was unscathed. Up till now no news from either side of insurances. You can report to your insurance but chances of your claim is very close to zero.

i don't know by experience but my friend say if kena accident with them get as much cash as you can from them on the spot. Once they are across the border than that's it....

If involve in accident in Malaysia, try to settle it on e spot n get wateva $ u can get from e other party if its not ur fault.. Lodging report there is very troublesome n worst u got to pay for it (est. RM $150 if im not wrong) n chances of claiming is virtually ZERO ...

 

Its advisable to get a personal travel insurance coverage, at least it covers u n ur bike..

They can. Best is the insurance on your side will comply to them quickly and then raise your premium.

I not those 900 a year clowns who dont know how to vote, papies are so happy more opposition voters ship out. I want to up the margin for more worth of every penny of my tax money. Papies have never been so tongued tied before since Chiam's time, first time i see multi-legal letters in a month. But without our fore fathers to run tis country with full of dedication, dun tink we can smell even e development that we had now... Wat kinda help u want ?
