You can get Rotella T6(full syn) or Rotella triple(dino) from Amazon if you buy greater than USD125, free shipping to your house.

Consolidate with afew kakis and you can also get the oil filter(I use Purolator) at the same time in order to qualify.

I just bought afew x1gallon bottle from them, shipping is about 2weeks FOC(>USD$125).

Been using Rotella(both triple & T6) for few years without any problems.

Hi. What bike did you use the Rotella on and which vendor on Amazon did you buy from? Thanks.

I use it on my 13yr old ST11.

You can get it from Amazon.com directly: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005CHT4W6/ref=oh_details_o04_s00_i05?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I also bought some brake fuild as well this time + other misc stuff.

Problem is you need to buy >USD$125, so sharing it with your buddies is an option else you'll need to get 6gallons(T6 each gallon US$21.36) yourself.

Remember to check during checkout if the shipping is deducted before clicking to purchase it.

Btw, what you're buying on Amazon, it's cheaper than buying locally as you have to pay sales tax depending on which state you're in.

I did not get charged any tax for shipping to SG, but this might change in the future, we'll never know.

Am currently here on biz trip, local walmart/autoparts store is about same price but + tax is more expensive than Amazon.

Just FYI.

Hi guys, need reviews on the redline oil. Anyone tried them b4? Reviews are good but i want to hear from myself from the bros who had tried on their bikes.I'm going to use it on my triumph street triple

used the 10w40 on my scooter and find it great. smooth at high speeds on the NSHW for hours at a time. really value for money due to the price considering it uses PAO and ester base oils

formulation maybe the same for the 15w40 one? but they have the 5w40 T6 version which is synthetic. probably better for newer engines. tempting eh. anybody wanna group buy? hehehe. i calculate the T6 will be under $7 a quart. where to find that kind of price in SGP?! synthetic some more.

redline is well known in the racing circuit. it suppose to be top notch stuffs. from some reading, it base oil suppose to be about 60% POE and the rest PAO. some of the very best base oil out there.

but there are some concern on it overly high anti-wear additive being suitable for day to day uses and long drain interval. some UOA show elevated soft metal wear. some believe it corrode soft metal while others believe it because of the cleaning effect of the oil that cause a temporary spike insoluble metal.

there are also some anecdotal evidence about it 2-cycles oil that it cause rust in the engine.

i think should be just fine. i just got 2 bottles of redline oil too at $19 per quart:thumb:

do check the JASO rating on the bottle. the newest redline motorcycle oil is JASO MA rated while the older version is MB rated. i guess in singapore we still doesn't have the newer formula yet. Redline have change the formula slightly for it to meet JASO MA requirement likely by reducing friction modifier.

Agreed. That why ktm recommends motorex, heard its cos of the soft metal coating on the bearings. That why need oil with minimum ZDDP additives

Anybody knows where to get Mobil mineral 20W50 for the cheapest price? I know LAB sells for $7 but need to go to shop to change oil and they will charge another $2. Anybody else sells cheaper, like $8, with oil change? Especially in the east area or near Jalan Besar area? I know a shop in AMK that does for $8 but I live in Tampines and AMK too far, not worth going.

Thank you so much. I spent some time getting the cart right.

:slurp:

T6 is JASA-MA certified and a great base oil. 5.50usd a L :slurp:

NO!

Rimula is mineral oil.

My research points that on kubs is ok.

Honda shadow has a particularly sensitive clutch and RIMULA messed up a forumers clutch.

Shiok shiok. Kena already.

huat some purolator and plugs along with it.

Naim thanks. Mobil 15w50 is a great stout oil.

I really like it.

But like you said.. rather thick...

I grabbed it at $9.99 a litre.

Anyone tried castrol power 1 racing before? I'm switching to full synthetic and I can get them castrol at damn good price. I know that castrol fully synthetic isn't really true synthetic but it's a reputable brand though. Haha I used their semi synthetics before, it's good but shears down fast in a high rev engine.

Anyone knows if the amazon free shipping is still on?

You need to find those on Amazon Global Eligible.

and you have to clock 125USD to qualify for the free shipping.

Otherwise it's really cool, to have the oil sent to your residence. :)

Remember on the limitations for the 125USD free shipping too, the different clauses.
