What 2nd hand bike can I get with $2K?

I ended up with x1-r, LOL. 3.2k with leo vince coe til 28 dec 2018. Bought from my dad's fren's shop. Meng motors jalan besar there. Because he trust my dad my insurance he let us take 3rd party. 980+ annually? So i forked out 2.5k for downpayment and parents told me they'll pay the monthly installment since im sshooling and they prefer me not to work. I already have $900 for next yr's insurance already.. Received some EAGLES award, $500 cheque

LAB help to install or its self installation? The last time i followed a friend there seems like self installation only.. I dont see any bike lying around with mechs?

their workshop is not located at the same place as their retail. most of the stuff pple choose to self-install, but bigger stuff can be installed at their workshop for a small fee.

JUST WAIT AWHILE MORE , hong leong yamaha is coming out with news from india they are planning to come out with world cheapest bike . usd 500 . so plus shipping and tax i believed is about 1 k for a brand new bike but of course a low 100cc bike . but that also mean a cheaper insurance most likely fall under cubs .

Phantom TA200 second hand would be the better choice. Reliable n super low maintenance.

I agree with r1der... I bought a TA200 from motordiam at $1.2k with almost 2 years left. Did a servicing and no other issues. Runs fine.
