Different tyre ratings = Different warm up times

Different threads = different efficiency in water channeling

As such, there will be different amounts of grip between your front and rear and this will cause some handling issues.

Agreed.

Sure, you CAN put two different brand/model tyres front and rear, but it's going to mess up your handling. How much? Depends on how comparable the tyres are in their characteristics.

But no, wouldn't advise it.

i think u should change to another front angel ST. The next time u change tires and have to change both, then can experiment new brands. Especially since PR3 has such crazy designed threads, i really think u shouldnt be running on front PR3 rear angel ST.

I agree.

Get another Angel ST front - either new or used. Try Bikeworkz for a used tyre, one of the guys had a similar issue (front worn out, rear in good shape) and got a great deal on a used tyre.

How often do u guys go for throttle body sync? Every 10k, 20k or longer?

Are there like different settings for doing this?

How much $ roughly?

i dont feel its neccessary to do often. i believe i did the first and only time on my bike at 60k mileage. dont think previous owners did it before. just did mine with valve clearance, injector cleaning, steering cone bearing replacement and tires. gotta hunt for the receipt to see how much the throttle body sync costs

Friends,

i clarified with a few places and eventually went back to the shop. before i said anything abt the pricing, he told me that he meant to call me up to tell me that he quoted the wrong price, but he didnt have my number. so eventually, i got it for the market price. :)

My bike's mileage now abt 14k km. Don't know whether should do or not.

Another point - my bike when warmed up, the idling is abt 1k rpm. Is it too low? Think manual says 1.1-1.3k right?

throttle body $60/$80 at bikeworkz. dont worry 80K mileage do also no problem. tested at this mileage with fz6.

if it sometimes die unexpectedly, may want to increase idling. If no problem whatsoever, no need to disturb the idling.

correct me if i am wrong, but i think most bikes stock comes in normal halogen bulbs, LED signal wont pass.

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

too early to say good or not in terms of long lasting.

but definately more volt when crank start, lightweight and space saving.

Depends on the inspection center staff. I got through with LED poles, white halogens, LED flushmount front signals, and integrated LED taillights. They let me pass. The only thing they told me was, "we close one eye, but LTA bike on the road might stop you".

I went for my inspection, ALL my lights failed. Changed all back to normal bulb then pass.. Red pole light cannot, white headlight cannot, LED signal all cannot.. =(

How much is the ballistic battery?
