Brand new from HD is about 1.9k+ -? ( if i remembered correctly )

selling - $800

sound wise? well some of my fellow friends who owns a ducati say it sounds just like a ducati

reason for sale - wanna get the full system for track use

 

2) Original HD Side Brackets ( or what ever you guys call it )

you know the one where you can put those side saddle bags.

letting it go at $50

Got a couple of things for sale to clear out the storeroom:

 

1. Original Tapered Muffler/Slip-ons made by Khrome Werks for 1999 and earlier EVO Fatboy. Can be mounted on newer Twin Cam Fatboys and other softails with brackets (not included). New and unused, unmounted. No clamps. With original box and instructions. Asking $200 negotiable.

 

2. Twin Cam Layback Tail Light. Original Harley part, with lens, bulb, wiring and housing. Asking $70 negotiable. Bought used, but it does not fit my Evo softail.

Ordered my Bassani Road Rage 2-1 pipes from Twins Performance on Thursday. Got a sms on Monday and they were already in. Pleasantly surprised that the shipping was not too bad for 35 kg.

 

So far, service from Twins Performance was excellent. I dropped my bike off on Moday evening and he asked whether I wanted it back that evening. I was surprised at their commitment to doing the work. I said not to rush.

 

In addition to having the new pipes/headers installed, am doing the 24k servicing and changing my rear tire out to a 180mm. I got a sms at 9:45pm asking questions on parts. So they were working late at night. Only problem so far is a broken power commander and he is taking it to the shops to see if it needs replacement. I need it remapped in anycase for the new pipes.

 

Will give a full report when I pick up my bike, maybe tonight if the powercommander issue is fixed.

Full report on Twins Performance

 

I picked up my bike last evening. It was raining so couldnt ride my bike very much. But the pipes look and sound great. Actually quieter than my Rhineharts, but they have more back pressure so the sound is lower and more distinct.

 

Services I had done, pipes, change tire, 24K service, brake pad, and dyna tune (done by racewerks). Twins has great service, took my bike to RW for the tune, and all is well. I think the cost is reasonable for amount of work they put into it. Best of all, they work well into the evenings and 7 days a week so have much better hours than most other shops. Definetely would go back again.

Also, the Rhineharts are up for sale. Go to Twins Performance. I am sure they can mount them up quickly!

Am at the northern tip of sg and travelling to toh guan is like doing a local touring trip

i been guilty of late not riding much of the harley, partly due to the horrid weathers sg been having these days....either drive or on the beemer most of the time...

called twins performance and they told me that it can serviced on the spot and so i went down to twins performance to get my harley serviced... servicing price is reasonable, nice place to hang out at and nice owners of the shop who explain things to you properly to let you understand your bike well and the best part is, they have AMSOIL... damn pleased with their work... they even get your bike cleaned up after servicing... everything looks damn professional there...

ATTENTION VROD owners, if u r thinking of doin a simple swap from your existing ride to a fatter 240 rear tyre, look no further. Jus removed my swing arm rotors n wheel off my VRSCDX and it will be a direct bolt on for rods running anything less than a 240 rear.selling it for 3k. Thought it would be more pertinent posting it here since it's a specific harley part.installations aren't a problem so if interested pls pm or call me at 82821171
