Hey guys, help needed..any kind soul care to share with me which shop do sell 2nd hand sportsters/nightsters?i'm new to harley. I dont think normal bike shop carries 2nd hand harley right?please help.thank u so much!

Can look for Tony (anyone got the address?) or Ah Yee of Sunburst at Ang Mo KIo Industrial park 2. these are the places that I would recommend. You can also try asking Dealership at Alexandra for demo bikes. Demo bikes are really good deals...

Just suddenly occurred to me. Was there a reply on Mr Dian Iskandar Ali's write up in the strait's times?

 

Nope there was not any direct reply that I know of. There was a reply to a 'concerned citizen' though who wrote in to encourage increasing enforcement against loud Harleys though, and it said vehicle owners are encourage to show responsibility and all. I wrote in after this letter to dispute what I perceive as twisted facts presented by this 'concerned citizen' and the letter was not published and that's the end of it.

 

We have at least what, one million concerned citizens who would at any time vote to ban loud Harleys for (at times valid) reasons. We have at current less then 1600 Harleys registered in Singapore. This same scenario is happening elsewhere in other countries as well so it is not unique to Singapore. What is unique in Singapore is the zero tolerance and at times illogical approach and attitude shown towards owners of lifestyle vehicles, including cars.

 

Suck it up, continue to ride, ride responsibly, make no enemies. Be wary of unfair treatment and resolve it legally. Although I always kao peh alot but after some thinking, it's pointless. Rock hard ride free.

I gotta say... It looks nicely maintained. I love it. It's really a rare bike ya got there. Less then 3 left in Singapore if I'm not wrong. It's iconic as well because of the movie 'Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man'. Very nice!!!! Maintain it well n when ur tired of it.... IF ur tired of it... Ask me first alright?

Yup tink total of 3 Fxr left in sgp. Tis was actually Tony's personal bike which he did a full rebuild with nothing but goodies a couple of months back.

Been smiling since the day i took over the bike from him.

No worries its in good hands now...

Totally agree...wat attracted me the most was the internal throttle cables & control wirings as well. So neat & tidy!
