haha quite true...was just looking at LTA website, though it's allowed but it has to come factory fitted and within certain wattage.

i almost collided with a scooter along loyang ave just now when i was coming back from work. think it was a t-max. he swerved into my lane trying to avoid a car which blocked his path without even checking back. i blasted my nautilus at him, then he frozed. i looked at him, he then apologised to me.

 

when i rode off, then i know why he didnt see me. he had his mirrors folded inwards.

 

THE MIRRORS ARE THERE FOR A PURPOSE. WHY THE BLOODY HELL FOLD THEM IN?? even after the near miss, he didnt bother to unfold his mirrors.

Also another experience.. Was driving at 1st lane SLE or something, exit ang mo kio the expressway.. forgot what is it already.. One vios doing 120 tailgate me, wait 10 secs, i wanna filter left let him pass, he also signal left, then he suddenly filter right, pass me, and filter left, w/o signalling, wah singapore drivers so jialat is it? Signalling so easy also dont know how to, Then he went in and cut inbetween 2 cars, w/o signalling as well. All i know the vios exhaust was modified, quite loud also.

there 2 reason

 

1)he did signal right..but i guess his bulb was spolit

 

2) he didnt signal cos signal will waste alot of battery current

Yup , if its the same car . I got tailed by it from TPE after tampines all the way until yishun in which i left it behind in a sea of heavy traffic .

 

I was carrying a pillion n from my rear mirror , i could c the car very clearly n i was very irritated by the hid lights reflecting in my mirror .

 

If i had no pillion tat day , i believe tat car might have been a good subject to play wif while on my way home n keep me entertained .

Had some time kill yesterday, so took a relaxed joyride all over Singapore...

 

Geylang - Still Rd - ECP - Pasir Panjang - Jurong - PIE - Jalan Bahar - Lim Chu Kang - Neo Tiew - Kranji - Upp Bt Timah - Clementi - AYE - Shenton Way - Keppel - Telok Blangah (Dinner) - Keppel - Robinson - Stamford Rd - Thomson Rd - Upp Thomson Rd - Sembawang Rd - Admiralty - Lentor - SLE - TPE - PIE - Eunos - Geylang.

 

Spent a lot of time observing drivers' behaviour and also the make of their cars:

 

Speeding - 5 BMWs (including 1 6 series), 1 Merc, 1 Honda odyssey, 3 WRX, 1 EVO, 1 Honda jazz, 2 MPV (can't tell the make)

Weaving thru traffic - 2 BMWs, 1 Honda odyssey, 1 WRX, some bikes

Failure to signal - too many to count, including bikes

Tailgating me - 1 BMW, 1 Honda odyssey

 

Some of the above vehicles may be repeated in different categories.

Surprisingly the taxi uncles were quite well-behaved around where I rode last nite.

Not stereotyping people and cars, but factual observations from a few hours' riding last nite.

Ride safe.

Yeap white, HID headlights dont know, never notice, cause it was like noon.., he just kept tailgating me, I speed up a little, i look back, still the same distance behind me, then i signal left, he also signal.. Then he signal right overtake me and blow at me.. I was driving anyway.. not riding. Anyway, that day i was finding old upp thomson road/ tagore lane, went to devils bend, got one bend damn sharp, go at 60 sure die one.. So i went at 40.. And i almost hit a monkey, they love to crawl around the roads

bro...let those small boys be la...i also kena blow a few times b4... these assholes love to challenge ppl to race them...these small boys all have the infectious 'rossi-stoner-hayden' syndrome..they think they are riding in a GP circuit and their skill damn chai wat...

 

to be honest...i'd love to play with them..let them go a few lamp post ahead first...den drop gear, chase, overtake and backfire them to let them know where they stand..

 

but i dun wanna put my life at risk fer these ****ing numbnuts..i'm juz waiting fer these kinda assholes to meet with an accident up ahead after blowing at ppl...i'm juz gonna ride very slowly up to them...laugh at them out loud..then ride off..
