After right turn he already start tailgate me, so I keep left he follow..

Left lane in front of me a cab, Subaru, me n the backside kisses..

Right lane only 1 car traveling same speed as the cab on the left lane..

It go on for about 1 km then the right lane is clear.. The Subaru driver overtake the cab, so I do the same thing to get away frm him.. I check my mirror tat ass go tailgate the cab :faint:

So wat will u do if u will in my situation? Noway to overtake but tailgater keep so close till u stress out !

Slow down also cannot, keep right he follow keep left he also follow.

This is the first time I meet this kind of driver on the road !

well, case closed. the good thing is you escaped unscathed with this encounter with the tailgater bongtard...

recently alot of these 'eat full nothing to do drivers', ego so big, imagination damn power drivers. this bongtard wont be the 1st and last bongtard driver you encounter...

+5 for you !

today whilst not riding. took a cab. there's this stationary car on the left lane, opposite the mosque at tampines. maybe it's coincidence that most of the vehicles that are passing by are cabbies. so the cab i was in , was on the right lane (2 lane road), then the cabbie diagonally in front of us is on the left lane. wanna siam the stationary car, no signal, just swerve out. guess the cabby driver of my cab anticipated that the other cabby gonna swerve out, so "my" cabby stepped on the brakes to allow that bongbong to swerve out. even so, can see that it's like an accident waiting to happen.

after the cabby swerve out, the whole family inside that cab turn their head and look at the car. dont know what's wrong with the car, or why it's parked there, but at least on hazard light lahh. it's a turn lei, summore at night and its a dark vehicle.

thanks to th cabby for managing to avoid an accident waiting to happen, and send me and my mum home safely.

dear STALKER on SGBikes.com ,

Eh bro, won't a flickering one cause some confusion? I've considered fitting additional LED brake lights before, those that light up only when braking. But won't a flickering one confuse others since its out of the norm? Or can u configure yours to light up only when braking? Last time my bicycle brake lights could switch between these modes.

P-plate should be an attitude to safety and riding. There's always more to learn.

few days back while riding..

[yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DqJ9IVA5mu0[/yt]

Was thinking about stuff and did not see that the vehicles in front of me had already stopped.

Realised late, braked hard, skidded, counter-skidded. Heavy rear load did not helped.

Luckily I missed crashing into the nearest vehicle by about 10cm..

I do not think that any of the drivers noticed at all.

Glad that you are alright.

By listening to your engine sound you were quite fast right? After a while notice you start to slow down liao with distance away.

Anyway, glad you are alright.

Yes, live to tell the tale.......:)

best part.. LTA road planner plant a bloody traffic light at the PIE/TPE slip road (exit 2), just to accomodate ah tiongs.. no pavements, no nothing and suddenly pop 1 traffic light crossing...

every morning you see 1 whole row of cagers lining up..

and in the evening, you see a JAM!!! world class planning indeed.. :dot:

was at speed limit initially. instinctively, my hand let go of the throttle upon entering filter lane.

but my mind was busy with other things and i only noticed the red lights of the vehicles just a short while b4 the video started shaking.

was perturbed by the incident for quite a while, think i really need that defensive riding practical soon. at least learn how to powerskid - can be life saving...

Why didn't you take the right lane. More space to stop.

I encountered something like this a few weeks back. Heavy traffic ahead, so I aimed to lane split. As i was just about to enter the lane split situation, the car on the right side lane suddenly started to move left to get around another car on the right turn filter lane.

The gap between the 2 vehicles started to close up, and I was running at 60kph. So instead of braking, I just nudged left and passed the vehicle on the left as close as I could. Just made it through. Almost sideswipe situation.

If I had given into my survival instinct and braked, I would have probably been got caught and crashed in between the 2 cars.

fortunately for us then.

for my case, i had no time to react coz was daydreaming. so just brakeeeeeeeed.

i could have swerved right, but as another fellow rider once told me - braking all the way and eventually crashing (at a much slower speed) could be better than swerving to a faster lane, coz the faster lane could have a faster vehicle coming up! so inctinctively i tot to brake.
