today while riding, i almost kissed a taxi by 3 cm.

luckily for my enlarged brake disc and ebc brake pads, otherwise i would have kissed it instead.

the irony is that, the vicom decides to fail me on my oversize brake disc.

therefore, it is stupid to fail on something which enhance the safety of the motorcycle.

it happened yesterday.

Today while riding, i saw too much cars road hogging on the overtaking lane aka extreme right lane aka 1st lane, these cars are even travelling much slower than speed limits. Some of these drivers are not keeping within their lanes.

Too much drivers using their phone when driving, not even looking at where they heading to, talking to their passenger thus not focusing OTR......alot more of such nonsense too.....

This is normal, I flash the **** out of them, then overtake them then slow down, Mofo probably playing I-phone game.

today as i was traveling along CTE towards city, i was riding on the 2nd lane from the right side 80km/h, there was this white car which was traveling on 1st lane suddenly cut into my lane w/o signal then i slow down and horn him . instead of getting back to his 1st lane after i horn him he still slowly drive into my lane . This kind of act really piss me off . As your know sometime if we drive out of lane the kana ppl horn we will get back to our lane until it clear to change lane. I notice his car is start to get out of lane and faster horn him but the river totally ignore . i was so piss off and ride pass him and stare at him .

Drivers hardly take notice of riders, can horn all day long but they ccomfortablely seated inside their cars.

Typical SG drivers have no "class", they dun even have any road courtesy or manners.

They only know how to say "it's tat stupid bike's fault, tat idiot any how ride then accident" :nono:

My peeves with drivers.

-No signalling

-Tailgating

-Not checking blind spot

-Abrupt stop to drop people off

-Opening the door on the side facing the effing road, for goodness sake, its not that hard to drag yourself to the other door.

-Using the phone on one hand, on the steering with the other, even with auto cars, if you don't really have that much skill in driving, try not to do it while multi tasking, even racers don't multi task while driving.

My solutions:

- Watch the front wheels where its turning, and if the vehicle is hugging the edge of the lane... chances are... its coming out to eat into you

- Keep left Let them pass

- Friendly horn whenever passing vehicles you suspect to come out without checking

- Don't tailgate other vehicles

- Stay away from car's parked at the side of the road

- Stay away.... far far away...... you don't want to be anywhere near them.

Wa...... how come i become so pacifist? Lost my aggression on the road already...

That's what I usually do, I mean I'm just getting from point A to B. More afraid of those that entrance roads where the driver filtering in sometimes just come into your lane, not matching the speed while you're going fast. Rain days, for some reason they are more aggressive as if they are the ones exposed to the elements.

Not pacifist la, pragmatic. Pacifist is when the driver rides aggressively, purposely disturb you, you give way and say sorry.

I stopped at a traffic light *red* and this mercs rear-ended me. Lucky I didn't suffer much injury, dear brothers please look out in the mirrors even when u stop. Drivers in Singapore either they have really bad eye-sight or they dont give a **** to us bikers.

When I spot a car with a driver with long hair silhouette, I give it a wide berth. :)

You usually can spot some of them from a distance, where the brake lights keep coming on.

The term is brain dead. They probably using their father mother NCD. Maybe can reverse a little, then do a burnout on their bumper.

The thing is I was riding would probably do that and give it 100 times worst.
