Problem with the left?? Small matter.. Here's few step to follow to cure it :-

 

1) When riding straight on the road, sit a little sideway to the left.

2) Turn to the left side when u sleep at nite..

3) Use left hand when u DIY ur little brader..

 

If u follow the above steps, ur problem with Turn 3 Left hander corner will be solved..

 

Maybe i'll try no 1... No 2 is a big no no for me.... N no 3, it for me to noe oni...

 

 

aiyoh... relax lah... btw, why u all use racetec compare to other brand?? michelin or diablo 3?? *wondering*

 

even so, i cant fit it on my bike..

anyway talking about track riding, i have no secondary transport bike. i'm afraid to crash this one out and have to smell ppl armpit when i take bus to work again. i work shifts so early morning confirm stand + smell armpit. night shift miss the last bus must take taxi already so really bo pian.. not planning to get a transport bike because i'm already quite tight in my expenditure and need to save for future.

 

if say ride slow and steady on track sure make other ppl mad one. my friend who used to frequent pg on his r1 said go on weekdays maybe got lesser ppl but when you don't ride fast enough aka kiasi style, it will slow them down and piss them off..

He said cbr600 no tricolour. Neh neh.

Mah motors got big fat one hanging on wall.

 

Maybe he meant Parallel import no tricolour?

Forgot to ask if PI has power cut not.

Cos i understand PI R6 has speed resistriction.

Than go other bike shop to get ur tri colour if u really 1 it badly....

 

Anyway, for the CBR600RR, parellel import doesn't have power cut unless u import it from Japan...

 

But as for the R6, i not so sure loh...

just curious, what are the basic safety gear that one must have before heading down to the circuit? some simple stuff that isn't too ex for people who just want to get a feel of track riding and see if it's suitable for them? my friend says that a ff helmet, gloves, riding boots, mesh jacket and knee guards (if wearing jeans) will suffice for such activity. he also emphasised a lot on good working brakes and tyres too. perhaps msf/ crumbs or doc can help me out on that?

Yes ur fren is rite. Jeans, Boots, Full Face, Knee Guards, Armoured Mesh Jacket are allowed as basic riding gears on track. Then again i would NOT recomend such attire on track eventho you just want to have a feel on track. Track riding is so different from road riding that makes u always wanna go faster and faster. This is very common. And the one that are more prone to crash are usually the new rider. So i strongly recomend you to at least get suited up with leathers. 2nd hand suit will be a good start/smart investment.. $300-$500 can get u a new suit (china, pakistan made).. $1k can get u a new Dainese.. $5k can get u a Valentino Replica suit .. hahaha..

 

So its ur choice bro.. Always remember.. BIKE parts are replaceable.. BODY parts are NON-replaceable..

yeah bro, u will need a minimum requirement of a full face, jacket with protective paddings, full covered gloves, jeans(with knee guards preferrably) and boots.

 

check yr bike before heading off to track. Like yr brake working condition, eng oil change? enough? lube yr chain. Just ensure bike in good condition likewise when u going for long trip to m'sia.

 

Advisable for beginners to go on weekdays session as there's fewer riders on track. If u r interested, i am going with a few guys tomorro. Feel free to join bro. Will be a 10.30am - 12.30am Track Session.

hahahahahah...bro 2nd doesnt mean fast when comes to 5lap fun challenge at PG. Depends on the attendance of riders on dat particular trackday. Amba got first, i cant even smell his smoke. Go in last turn, cant see amba......how far is dat bro??? how to spar with u like dat?? hahahah.........dat day only got team bikelab...alvin crashed or overshot twice....no dol team, no singtrek(only syukran but he nvr pushed).......many fast riders were not there bro. Seriously speaking. And good for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was there!!!!!!!!!! hahahahah.........hopefully next trackday oso like previous trackday....so can go up podium again.....heheheheheh

Don't think the cbr needs warranty. Seems reliable enough.

wah but $400 alone is a big investment for something that i don't know if i can commit to. i mean, what if i got myself a suit and end up not having enough time or money to enjoy the sport? actually, i got my mesh jacket because i wanted to try touring but end up not having enough time to do so... dilemma man.... anyway, thks for the offer msf but i need to work this whole week for night shift. come home straight will kerplonk on the bed haha i think prankster also same pattern one

guys, what do u use the 2 trip meters for ah? i use 1 for calculating mileage for FC, reset everytime i top up and the other to keep track of my last engine oil change mileage..
