few days ago

i think maybe it is my fault

when going home

i think i over stress bike

my max speed on gear 3 normally only about 60

that fateful day (fri the thirteen)

i did not realise i was only in gear 3

whack it till it reached 90

then i see liao OMG, faster change to gear 4

then at the next traffic light, my bike died

cannot electric start

push one side, kick start, can move, but very jerky

then happily reach the lornie road/adam road there , traffic light, die again

in the middle of the road

again can only kik start

then now, more jialat

gear one.....the bike no power at all...jerk like hell before it can move like normal

gear 2.. also the same....

the the whole bike like jerking till mad, like anytime will buang liddat, so go slow

then when maintaining at 60, the riding feeling is like --------~~---~~~~~-------~~~------~~~~~

then went motor shop

the technician start engine hear hear, say cannot tell, mus open up see

open liao, realise that the wire or thing that is supposed to supply electicity to dunno where, got no spark

then he see that POWER BOOSTER..... then he remove

then everything back to normal liao

then he put that thing back again, cannot start again

KNN, 30$ of installation the PB gone, some more pay extra 10$ for removing that thing

wa lao, cs. i feel for you man. hope u are ok. only positive thing is that the pB is off your bike(I think that's its the best.) AND your bike is ok. and thanks for the advice, although with power booster you CAN go up speeds you can't imagine with lower gear( gear 1(first time after installation 35-40km/h) now 30km/h, G2=till 60km/h and gear3 till 80km/h.(this was done without the engine crying for help, means that when I go up this speeds, the engine sounds normal and not stressing. DON'T TRY IT. or get used to it. and stress your engine. later...haaa

 

idn: no probs. only.....as you know I can't feel the pB effect anymore and telling ppl that it'll last for a while(near or less than one month, except that cs oppose to this.) I don't think its worth the money, but surely worth the fun.

 

so I tried the magnets(thanks rxZDelux), I will give the review later. for now.. vote for magnets and not pB(my view only) for those want to try pB can try, but when taking out the pB, can call me, I want it to be taken out of my system, buat menyemak ajer...

Poor thing! I understand how u feel on the $$$...

 

The Power Booster is for u Boost ur bike, but u fix it liao and riding for a slow speed. Tat why it will give u problem! It is the same lession lik the exhaust got carbon den u have to clear it!

 

For me, i did try on the 3gear go for 120km and all the way full bore in the high way on the 4gear. Abt 2mth liao neber give me problem! So anyone got the same problem lik CS_Kup, Pls share ur encounter!

I saw one of LIM AH BOY's malay workers riding on his yellow wave, (the bearded malay dude who transports tyres and such) his wave at one of the hydraulic/damper gear changers, very very sweeeeee... where to buy and how much anyone knows? And any good effects from it beside being very very sweeee.....

frm wat i noe is practically USELESS..its betta 2 jus use a normal metal bar..save$.. jus my 2sense
