think the accessories shld be compatible

seen magics with aftermarket suspensions, chain guards, etc

he's got dat paintwerk, yellowish, at e front side, got skeleton biting a gal's b***s..

personally, i thot he's too old for such paintwerk!! :lol: sorry, out of topic!

there are shops around president hotel that area, near meridian hotel got one, and near rama hotel (siri racing) also got one. these are shops that sell aftermarket parts like posh, gazi shocks, yoko rims, etc.....

 

for original honda parts, u need to go to the honda factory and select what u want from the parts manual.... same like FJT or Eversuccess.....but at a fraction of the price. honda showrooms/warehouse are almost everywhere in hatyai

Topic : Problem with handlebar balancer screw thread

jus now bought a pair of new balancers, wanted to DIY on my magic. But to my dissapointment, after i screwed out the stock balancer, somehow the screw threads inside the handlebar went missing, cant screw in the new balancer, even the stock cant screw in neither! Wat the hell, is it SYM made in vietnam and is TAIWANESE brand, tats y quality so poor ??

 

looks like i gotta change the handle grips in order not to see the holes at the sides where the balancer used to be...

bro not all bikes have the same thread.. honda n yamaha have opposite threads so u gotta check before u screw in...

 

as for ur case i think the thread distorted liao gotta re-thread..

tink some balancers dont make use of threads in the handlebar

u simply insert the aftermarket balancer and then tighten the allen key screw

this will cause the rubber at the balancer to expand and fillup the hole in the handlebar

in the process, the aftermarket balancer will be stuck in place nicely :goodluck:

This are my comments:

 

I felt the difference in the throttle's responsiveness.

 

The rpm levels out faster during gear dropping resulting in less "shrieking" of the engine (less stress for engine)

 

As for Top Speed, i cant tell coz my test route was short: Out Toh Guan Rd--> PIE Tuas--> Out Jurong East flyover--> Back to Toh Guan Rd.

 

I was informed by the RevTec team that the average savings of 1 to 2 KWatt of power translates to energy efficiency, lower FC, higher Torque.

 

I'll better go and scrutinize the Dyno Test results in their website.
