i help all to answer. they want police to summon everyone else for every little thing but not ourselves. so we can do all the illegal things on the road, speed, mod our bikes into low flying aeroplanes. so everyone have the same thinking then end up, we'll blame everyone less ourselves.

 

to appreciate wat the TP is doing, is when one gets into accident with vehicles doing illegal u-turns.

Ok now thats a good method to catch those who dun follow road traffic rules/signs.. good for those who got caught.. ive always wondered why police car put their lights on to show their presence when they wan catch those who speed.. coz everytime ppl see police car they purposely slow down n act innocent.. nOWADAys its good police do this kinda things to catch ppl.. this is d best way.. So every1 will follow rules AT ALL TIMES.. for our own safety anyway =)

i think u misunderstand the objective of a police force in a country

 

 

the main role of the police is to deter crime, only when that fails, then its enforcement

 

 

 

if there in the open, pple will not u turn, but this shows that they are deterred from committing the offence

 

 

 

but hiding is one place while doing enforcement is not right.

 

 

in US, ur offence might not stand if ur caught this way

 

 

so what u r trying to say.. u can do illegal U TURN when they are not there?

jus wana share my view, although we dun quite like the idea of TPs hiding, think bt it. maybe touchwood we kena summon by a hiding TP for wateva reason, then the next time we would be more careful,& will not repeat the same mistakes, knowing that TP can be anywhere lookin at you..

I don't see anything wrong with the cop ambushing traffic offenders. If I get caught, too bad lah. If I committed an offense, it's only right that I get punished (but I wouldn't mind some leniency:angel: ).

Those who wanna take short cut by taking illegal u turn bcoz they think they are short of time must be prepared to pay the price.If it is a fine n u can afford to pay,well n good.BUT if u kill somebody, can u live with the guilt for the rest of your life!

what's wrong with the TP for doing the right thing, why that area, there's sure have a reason, it maybe cos alots of accident where biker were skid or crash into those making illegal u-turn

 

if the TP stand there and let everyone see, than next time those who want to make the illegal u-ture will be looking for the TP, and if they can't see one, they'll make the u-turn without looking for any on-coming vechile

They are just plain stupid with those low life methods to summon people...if we can commit traffic offenses in "board daylight"or should I say "openly" then I really don't see why they must hide...now see who look more like a thief...

 

juz some thoughts to share with you. when TPs are on the road, all act innocent, those drivers didnt wear seatbelt will put once they see the officer, those using tinted visors lift up their visors and pretending that they didnt see the officer, speedsters e-brake juz to slow down coz they saw a TP in their mirror.

 

So, i find that your thinking is a bit one-sided. commit traffic offences in "broad daylight" but act like a tortoise when the presence of TP is felt? a bit contradicting i should say.
