Dear replay. i dun deem it as an off-topic post.

 

the post is meant to assist him to better org. future trips n outing with less frustration n stress.

 

as i have lead the phantoms in a number of outings previously (fri nite outing)

so it's only natural that if i cld help make outing better n enjoyable to all.

 

as u may have wondered why am i talking so much in PK when i am not even a PK member.

 

just for ur info. i've be out with the PK dating back to at least 3 years.

 

n next question ask wld be why not joinging the fri nite outing n pak you ?

reason is i have to be working early on sat morning(waking up abt 6am) so that refrain me from joining u guys.

 

i am posting for the good of PK's riders so dun get mistaken i am creating trouble.

As Mr. Tan has posted the comments on the outing he org. in this thread so it's only fair that i post my advise for him in this thread instead of any other thread.

to accept or not it's up to Mr. Tan.

You have always been the most supportive PK friends in my own opnion. They just don't know you long enuff coz they haven't been hanging out with you long enuff and understand your personality with you I guess.

 

Just to clarify, those whom added their names to the ride, please be there ontime. Else we'll stick to our policy roll off time "sharp".

 

So if the rider didn't show up at the roll off time, the group just move off as not to held up everybody fun.

 

There is no point of mention whom didn't show up or whatsoever. it's just a Fri ride anyway....

Even i not a PK member here i dun seen as a off topic issue . It a friendly advice to the org. Totally agree that words and action dun seen to tele so hence there room to improve .

I only hope that everyone will be on time. Out of respect to those who make an effort to come on time. Previously Vince had to delay the move out time from 10.30pm to 11pm. Sometimes 11.15. He is giving others a chance to catch up before moving off. I dont think this is good in long term. People who wishes to join should be able to plan their time accordingly. It can help other groups too if they choose to join the other groups in future for other trips. Like they said, its better to learn the right things from young. We are only going in for petrol and back. Not too far. If the others are going for long distance trip, then all the timing planned by the organiser will be wasted.

 

Arrogant I might sound, but only hope to send the message across that if you are late, you might be left alone at WCM.

 

Regarding the calling of me on my mobile, if you know that you are going to be late, then either you plan your move out time better or dont include yourself in the least at all.

 

I do not think that your post to me is offensive. It is something that like you mentioned to help me better in organising in future. I still have a lot to learn from you and many others who are very very much more experiance in organising trips. Like many, I am still very new to trips and outing. As much as I like to join the many trips, work does not enable me to. I think you should understand as you were in the same profession as me.

 

I am only giving back to what I have gotten from here. The older members organise outing for me to join. So now here I am, organising for other new members to join in.

I cannot speak for other PK but to me, I still see and treat you as a friend although we met only a few times. I still need you to bring me for the cheese crabs!!!!

 

Furthermore, I will definately need your assistance should one day you happen to see me kiss the tar on the road. I would rather have another rider friend than an enemy.
