Hi Nouvo Rider ,

 

Can check with your guys if your nouvo can accelerate to 100 plus easily ?

I hit 90 with difficulty and had to go full throttle at 100 km/h .Bike like no power ...

Is something wrong ? Thinking of changing the air filter ,wonder if this could the cause ..

just to share as i went jb ah boy yesterday ,got a new box $120(givi slim..... ) + $38 Mr2 rack .

Think it good deal compare to singapore .

 

Will go there to do change spark plug tmr .. any brand or spec recommendation ?

 

Should I also change cdi in JB also? dont know if electronic stuff there chong one not ?

Don't mind check out for me if there is any chrome main stand. Mine is faulty and i only manage to weld it back. Need to get a replacement soon. If there is and you don't mind getting one, Dun mind get one for me? I can pay you back.

Since it's 1st time riding the Nouvo 135cc Elegance bike, i got a question to ask.

 

1. How do we know went the time to change the belting and roller?

Most people said 20000km mileage, but by riding can we feel difference? example

went we accelerate did feeling like heavy or light??

 

No different. For new bike, First 12000km, subsequently 24000km.

 

2.How much does d roller cost? and what kind of brand which is good quality?

Since I'm still a student, i have to calculate my finance.

 

The whole set costs about $100. There is no good or bad quality. Depend on your luck. If not, u can go to Hong Leong Corp (Yamaha).

u can try jb ah boy or agl i believe u can get it there, there r more & more ppl ridin elegance in msia now so aftmkt parts shd be widely avail nw.

Jixiang: top speed can get 125km/h with pillion on a down slope...

Sadly we dun hv much aftmkt stuffs like malossi or dr pulley parts for nouvo unlike piaggio/gillera, honda, suzuki scoots

but i tink can try source jb as there is quite a no. of nouvo elegance nw in their area.

Just bought this to charge my battery. No choice. Battery died on me when I was in some Ulu place!

Nouvo comes with kick starter so not much of an issue even when è batt is flat.

You are wrong! I have confirmed with Ah Choong (Bike shop) and we did a test! When the battery is flat, even using the kick start, your bike also won't start. It is confirmed.
