I'm willing to help out on carb balancing synching with my instruments. Injection can also be done but have never tried it before. This is good chance for sitting around and making new friends. Am getting very bored lately...

Btw, I'm only free on weekdays night...

Ya, mechanical vacuum gauge. Carb synching is by adjusting the screws only. EFI I suppose it's the throttle valves? For FI bikes how many throttle valves are there in the throttle body?

wah seh...i think theres only one valve per body, anyway my bike's throttle valve is controlled by ECU hence its electronically controlled.....not by mechanical linkage...so i think might be abit troublesome....

No cracking of any sort from the time I self sprayed my bike last year, EVER!

But I just got a custom Sticker job (Paint job using sticker) for my bike last month, so no telling how long it could have lasted if left alone. :cheeky:

Wow! A D.I.Y Oiler huh? I am also interested.

What are the materials needed?

Any recomendation? :dot:

I only know I need a plastic tube from the goldfish shop and a medicine bottle for the oil. :D

yeah ..great minds think alike, air tubing and valve and medcinebottle.

tubing cost=$1.3/3m, valve=$1.2 (stainless steel)..so total cost=$2.5

medicine bottle=foc, epoxy =foc...still have some left from previous project.

so auto oiler cost from $2.5 only...

Alright!!! Any recommended metal valve and where to get them?

The only ones I saw at the goldfish shop were plastic ones.

And when is the next session?

I think I will bring a packet of cable ties to make things neater when done. :)

it took me 30 minutes to make it..tested okay..

but 2 valves is preferable...

bedok north blk 416...fish shop..bought items from there. the most headache part is where to install the bottle and run tubes.
