and that traffic warrent never issue me the tickets on the spot but note down my plate number and said "your 3 points is gone" wat does this mean?? Btw, I stopped at single zip zap line to get a name card from a bike shop nia.. consider as a offence???

can any1 tell me is it buy bike frm bike shop need parrent approval. need them to sign certain docunment?

 

guarantors dont need to be parents..tat tym i go survey, 2 bike shops only ask for someone 21 yrs n abv who have a stable job, while the last one ask for someone who is abv 21 yrs & the person must have a house to his/her name to be guarantors..which is absurd ah for the 2nd one..

They started issuin fines after many complaints were made by the public..Usually the riders will appeal saying that there weren't any bike lots nearby when they were given summons..Hence why the bike lots were made just beside Mac..Now they (authorities) can just happily go down to issue summons to those parkin there whether the public complains or not..Usually summons are issued when the public starts complainin..Since there are lots nearby (tho insufficient) there's really no chance of a successful appeal to waive the 100 dollar fine..

One "lucky" day I was about to park behind the Mac..Guess what I saw? Rows of bikes with a "love letter" from the Town Council..

Loll..I try to park legally most of the tym..Tat tym kena saman at sports complex..of all areas & tyms ..My another fren even more suay, poor thing, kena saman twice the same day (1st one same as me) & 2nd she already put her parking coupon only day or tym (cant remember) she never tear tat one still also kena sey.. I once placed a coupon on my bike for parkin..Came back before the time was up to find a nice United Premas "concert ticket"..Appealed but to no avail..Told me to put the coupon in a conspicuous place on the bike..Ask them where exactly is this conspicuous place..They replied with the same thing..Place it at a conspicuous place on the bike..In the end fed up just pay them the goddamn fine..

Just like someone said its ok to use the choke all the time hence why it is there..Then why is there a switch for you to put at off/on/res? Same explanation applies?

well old man, these lingos just spruce up from nowhere..nowadays teens & young adults are more creative with words & when a word or phrase is used frequently with tat intent or meaning, it becomes the fad maybe for the moment or for a long tym..like one of the fading in-thing to say "lar sey~" which i find so after some tym..
