Sorry to bother but would like to enquire some stuff for my buddy who just got his KR 1 month ago.

 

Last week, he went for an oil change and found out his EO got mixed up with his coolant.

Where by the mech told him that his water pump is spoiled.

 

He went to several shops and some mech told him is not need to change and some mech say it needed.

 

Any Pro got any idea how much damage would it cost? and is it a need to change immediately? As he got some cash flow problem recently.

 

Maybe can state the most possible cause o the problem if you guys know.

he just did a full servicing at the shop when he got his bike.

 

he bring his bike to that shop for full service or b4 he got his bike the shop say will help him do full service.... if for the second case some shops say will help u full service first b4 u collect your bike but they say onli mayb nv do it

maybe u can listen to wad inuki bro have suggested, bring to planet n check. my too have de same problem. eo by rite shud be either chocolate colour or black, but mine is green in colour. i went to planet and ask de boss ah chong and he said bcus i use de engine breather tube tt y rain water will drip into it n mix wid my eo. so he recommend me to put back de original cap for de eo compartment. den i ask him is it likely coolant leak into de eo, he said no. kawa de coolant wun leak into de eo, oni tzm will. tt wad he said. so rite nw i still testing whether is it bcus of rain water or other area damage. lolx. hopefully is bcus of me putting tt tube tt y cause rain water to slip in and cause de eo to be green. mind if i ask, r u using original cap for de eo compartment or u using eo breather tube?

the fairing nice but the head fairing dunno wan do anot haha i see kyrul bike like nice only haha

i noe laz tyme they charge rm200 for covering the fairing big hole.

for the head shuld be arnd 300-400. but headlight need to get urself.

Btw, got one question to ask. There's some problem with my battery thingy. Ah boy jb mechanic tell me that my bike hard to start because when batt problem, starting bike also got problem. Is this true? (nt true for my rxz)

 

He them zoom the problem to my batt(charging got prob a bit). I told him I change Yuasa dry cell 5 days ago already. Then he zoom in to my rectifyer. Anyone knows the price of an original rectifyer in SG? Probably my rectifyer.

 

Walao, after 3 years riding rxz. Change KR really different feel. Smooth like running on water.

Not sure about the price of rectifier tho, but heard it's not cheap if original ones. It could be true cos i had problem with my battery previously, but mine was connection loose thus bike wasn't even connected properly so couldn't start then manage to find out that the screw it loose then screw back, then ok already.

desmond got spare one..maybe can buy from him.. anyway i don think the starting problem has to do with batt.. imo i think most likely with carb..overflow.. so when u park more than 3 hour then it become hard to start
