Change back original eo cover n change cheap eo first.. If after changing still gpt same prob means the coolant oil seal need to change

 

bro i think u are right!!arrh bro just now i go check my coolant,it has become lesser!! will coolant become lesser as times go by??if change oil seal in sg around how much?

gears freaking hard to change. and it might be yr coolant fan shaft wear off too. 180rm ori coolant fan shaft.

What's this coolant fant shaft uh? Its inside radiator or gearbox? Havent heard of this term before.

hihi.. anione using japen cdi? if use got ani diffence? and price for that? ty.

 

There's no powercut for japan cdi... With proper settings then the diff is alot, if not its just abit. Price for brand new is 300+ but v.difficult to get. There's afew selling at garage sale

From wat i know there's alot of models for japan cdi but most common ones r those with serial no. ending with A001, 1454 n 1523.. Only 1454 is selling. The rest no more production

 

 

Stock cdi reduce the power of our bikes.

Guys recently i feel that my bike is vibrating. Riding for almost abt 6 month, only recently i feel my bike vibrating.

I gt clear meter before, but then the last time i tried to clear meter i was reaching 160km/h then suddenly my exhaust gt a totally different sound. I got frighten i stopped my bike, off my bike. I kick start again, in neutral, i realise something unusual, my rpm was in 1000 then it slowly die. I tired kick start few time same but same result, so i just tune my carburetor till reach 2000rpm after that bike didnt die but still the exhaust sound very different. I started riding again gear 1 gear 2 still the same sound but i go gear 3 sound became abit smooth.

The next day all was okay. But my bike became quiet, quieter then normal. since that day i got vibrating feeling. Till today exhaust sound different from what it used to be. Then my bike response drop (i think this due to the tune-ing of carb). Its a bit difficult to start bike after that incident too.

 

SO any one know y its like this ???

I am going to service my bike soon....so any advise guys ??

Any specific part i should i should repair or check with the mechanic ??

wahhhhh bro u spot on. All the point i forgot to tell u typed it out ready.

YES it sound like trumpet...Pick up drop (but not that bad la pick drop but still okay)...And the most important part i left out like u said fuel consumption quite jialat.

But did u experience any vibration ??? and did ur bike sound became quieter ??

hey bros, dont mind anyone has any idea where do i get the front back hub + disc brake of the old kawa KIPS? if u dont have any idea, it will be something like bro hyrul avatar pic... :)
