Basic servicing: Change EO/SPark Plug

Full servicing: Remove block, clean block/valve/carb, Change EO/coolant, Decarbon if you in MY..

Overhaul: down whole engine..

 

Basic stuff that just check every 6 months~year, brake fluid/battery/bearings.. :)

 

Damage will depends on SG/MY..

 

MY- prepared S$500 for first time.. (worse to worse) :)

How to have better fuel efficiency??

Mine currently quite bad, around 14km/l ~ 16km/l

 

change to sprocket combo for top end, check your carb jettings and adjust your 2t. should very easily make your FC above 20, unless your block is modded

@drak3st3r bro, i checked my throttle cable with the mech he say it's not stock one it's modified to allow more 2T, therefore the excess white smoke. Then, i ask him how come change already still so much, he said coz last time too much 2T now inside pipe alot carbon so ride for a couple of days see how, if it still does not improve, might need open engine maybe EO mix with 2T die liao. btw, what are the reasons for EO to decrease? mine almost finish when i check today.

actually there are things called jets inside your carbs. u have to get a mechanic to evaluate if they are high or what if u dun know. adjust them as per requirements. and so goes for 2t too. block can be changed. but expensive. there someone selling in this thread too. think @Jaykecik

hie guys. can i check if whats the market price for my bike. i have a FBA plate KR150, exterior 10/10 cus just respayed s$450.till bone stock(footrest, using 2tpump, you name it) just how much you think this bike of mine can fetch. your contributions are greatly appreciated.

more power when throttle and much more noisy and prepare to get stop for fine by TP LOL, and the small pipe is just put for nice only tho got a tube to fix to somewhere to make the bike not so hot but i nv fix the tube in haha

FBA = 3 years ago bike = Estimate 6~7 years COE left..

Bike shops will based on COE and not outlook as they can easily respray the bike + not every like a certain paintwork.. :)

Bike shops = should be 2k~3.5k(Max) Huge diff because it really depends on the bike shop whether they want to buy anot..

If to any one.. price is up to you.. exterior nice also doesn't mean internal nice right? :p

there's a chinese/hokkien saying " good to see, not nice to eat" :)

Mod? Mod to which kinda of throttle? TZM? or some wulu wulu fast throttle?

EO decrease = internet seal broken = overhaul.. get it check fast! else a huge hole in your pocket liaoz..

I'm now still observing because just changed EO, must wait a while see whether does it still decrease or not.

 

that's not good.. modded to allow more 2T.. sounds very very weird..

for the EO, observe it carefully.. + see if it leaks out or "kanna eaten".. if leak out still not that bad.. kanna eat means overhaul.. :(

I think should be eaten, i went back to the mechanic just now he told me maybe my case crack or whatever ****. wtf man... i think i continue observe first ba...

 

case crack should be easy to spot. just check and touch around your engine to see if u can spot any oil patch or things like that and since your engine oil new the smell should be strong. check the part where both engine sides join especially.

I would suggest you bring to planet, ask them to check.. they should be able to give you an answer.. :)

Mine also decrease.. just went planet to refill EO ytd.. plus put the norm cap for the EO hole...prev was some tube thingy..

For mine there's no obvious leak on the floor...i scared is kena eat... T-T

Prev 3 weeks ago put new engine oil...den few days back check..no engine oil visible.. when mech let EO flow out.. on a puddle flow out..not a lot.

 

Shall cont observing it..Could there be a possibility of evaporation for EO?Cos prev mine not norm cover ma..den the "tube thingy" was in-place at EO hole instead of cover...tube got hole..so cud it have evaporated fro there??:o
