i dont know, when i stop it wont go into first.. no neutral no first, have to pull off in second always..

when i drive and i am moving i can get it into first sometimes but the bike jerks and feels like the gearbox is falling out when i do lmao!

 

have to check on your bitting point and your clutch plates.. change Engine oil and spark plug and check valve..

the rest 2A and above.. Speed during convoy is estimated 110~120 on kr meter.. break off convoy is between 140~180 on kr meter.. dun wan to risk piston jam while on NSH.. so.. max 180.. =)

*drag and maintain 180 max I tried around 5min.. den release and rev again..

 

No gal. but.. experience really alot..

Last evening when i move off wit my bike, after 500m, suddenly my bike died. Wit my knowledge gained form my fellow frens in kawasaki krr group, i really have no clue. my spark plug was only 2weeks old socouldnt be that. after pushing my bike to nearest workshop, they took out my spark plug n show me its burnt!! i really dont know y tats possible, but i remembered two weeks ago when i changed my sparkplug, i also changed spark plug cable 'racing' one, recomemend by Hassan Uday. So can it b because this racing cable provides more current which caused it to get burnt?? guys enlightened me

 

what burnt?

what color? black? or white?

black with tons of carbon means you always low RPM at 4~5.. den spoilt lor..

white means not enough fuel.. piston will jam..

mine using 15-36 i think.. but still my rpm to speed is like too high for me.. and why like my bike vibrate alot uh? my prev kr not like this.

15-36 = confirm vibrate alot.. not enough horsepower to give u full rev.. need to check all your bearings and see which bearing spoilt..

I search online bt couldnt get any fuel inject and hose routine.. Can sumone tell me which hose is connected to another n which is suppose to be hanging.. Tanx

theres only 2 hoses that spill fuel like open tap, 1 going from fuel tap to carb. 2 from carb bottom hanging down, which is the overflow hose.

If its 1 check the the hose is fitted securely or got any damag.

if its 2 it either means your float inside carb set incorrectly or the pin which stops the fuel flow is damaged both resulting in overflowing.

Hi Guys! Im new here. Planning to take my Bike License this year. Planning to get KRR as my first bike!! But after looking through some sites selling bikes in singapore, i realize KKR bikes aren't sold anymore ??

 

Andandand, any advice on riding KRR?? Any tips or stuff?

hi all....wanna ask estimated cost of repair about my krr150....cutting the story short this morning my bike broke down and the engine is now a goner, due to a faulty temp meter, I didnt realise the engine is overheating due to coolant running out. thus engine block, piston, gasket etc all GG liao....the bike shop that open on sunday today told me repair and replacement will be 1k+, exact i not sure i no mood to ask him at that point of time lol. I wanna ask fellow bros out here who did replacement of the engine parts, how much did you get it for (if you can remember for price of each part, then best) and for those who frequent JB, would it be significantly cheaper to do over at JB?

anyone know why my 2t keep dripping out from 1 pipe?? it has been dripping slowly for days already. always fill my 2t tank to the brim last time dun have problem of leakage.. just recently den the 2t starts dripping.. any idea whats the cause of it?(is there any link with not riding my bike for a period of time?)thanks alot

1) yup.. KRR no more new bikes.. anyway, new bikes cost you around 8k, you still wan? Grab a 2nd hand one..

 

Tips and stuff can only be advise after you gotten your KR.. because every KR has it's own pattern.. depending on previous owner's rider style..

pricing varies very huge.. depending on brand new parts or 2nd hand parts.. because alot of KR has been scrap.. thus 2nd hand parts are widely available.. just that whether your bike shop has the source for it anot.. & PLEASE ensure you are around when the bike shop is checking or changing the parts.. else you tio 2nd hand parts but charge for 1st hand, you also dunno...

 

pricing varies from 600~1.5k.. 600 = all 2nd hand +/- 100...

1.5k all brand new including gears and etc.. *overhaul.. engine taken apart until pcs..

If just the parts u mentioned.. Block = $350.. piston = 80, ring = 30, gasket 30, workmanship 50~100, EO = $28, spark plug $12 , coolant = $28~35.. count yourself lor.. all pricing above is estimated... +/- $10~$20 each parts. anything above, you are being chop..

1) Confirm it's the pipe not the chain around (if it's infront the chain there, 2T pump leaking)

2) check for broken hose

3) check for broken container

4) is your bike under the sun most of the time? if yes, heat expand, your container might have "burst" den broken liaoz..

1st lesson, never allow a bike shop to dismantle your bike on a PH or Sunday.. U are a gold mine for them..

If they charge ridiculous price i confirm kpkb one, i rather they don fix it back i ask tow service just bring the dismantled bike to another bike store and pay this shop the minimal fee for dismantling

hi bro. faced the same issue as you. mine is piston jam. block, piston, piston ring, top engine all damaged. but worst than you coz my conrod also damged. also on a sunday. tow my bike to this certain shop... starting told me piston and maybe block only so i think maybe top overhual nvm la pay them in the end conrod also damaged so they charge me v exp to do full overhual.. around 1k plus. so i as them to assemble everything back, around $70. initilly they want charge me $150.

Bad job meaning your bike broke down again? Local meaning chiong one? If I buy 2nd hand original one from ppl would it be better ?
