@marksman99 from what i know. firstly engage gear one and clutch in, if got some funny loud sound. then not healthy. also check coolant, keep the bike idling if the coolant like blurp blurp like tht uh then the head got problem must top service. lastly, rev the bike and check if the power valve open or not. it should be open at about 8000rpm. hope this helps.

guys need your help. when going for inspection. what usually they look out for uh in order to pass the test? if i use koso mirror and not stock, atleast got mirror can right?

Hey guys, kinda new here. Used to ride a scooter like 2 years ago. Going for a kr now. Just wanna ask what to look out for when buying a kr? Some of my friends said must hear the engine sound but since im not a experienced rider, i dont really know how a healthy engine sounds like. Thanks.

 

engine - get any KR rider to go to the place where you going to buy and listen for you lor.. :)

Guys, I need help! I lost my speedo and tacho lights so I went to check the fuses, and can't find them! I've looked at the crappy scan of the krr manual, but from the picture I can't tell where the box is supposed to be. I think my fuse box has been taken out and replaced with individual in-line fuses.

 

Can someone post a picture of their fuses/fusebox for me?

yes, it's originally in-line fuse.. there's no fuse box for kr... :)

 

look for it around your battery area.. :)

Guy is it normal collent meter over the blue line bt before centre wen i whack from pasir ris to bedok rmp 8 to 9 only?? Recently i change clutch plate n they put coolent at front side... but yesterdy my cool3nt up to centre... today i pour again bt when i whack go up above blue line? Any1 can help

Guy is it normal collent meter over the blue line bt before centre wen i whack from pasir ris to bedok rmp 8 to 9 only?? Recently i change clutch plate n they put coolent at front side... but yesterdy my cool3nt up to centre... today i pour again bt when i whack go up above blue line? Any1 can help

 

It wun reach 1/2, if yes, high possible your radiator jam per.. try to flash it at Malaysia.. and see if it still goes up 1/2.. if yes, need to change.. Most of the time, if you are on the road, max 1/4-2/5.. :)

 

I wack till rpm 9.5 top gear maintain 15min, max temp around 2/5 nia.. will not reach 1/2... (at NSH) :)

 

If i want to change head gasket to i need to open pipe n coolent?
