Continue my story..

Feeling the pinch of high petrol & 2t consumtion, i began to hunt for a standed stock pipe including mufler wit ful stoper in carosel. The search was very dificult as many used pipes & muflers had been modded. Only after making many 'mistakes' in finding a good set, finaly i found the rite one..

I instaled it & use main/pilot/needle 270/22.5/centre as recomended in original manual. I canot get the corect seting, somewhere near but not perfect. i jz rode it to work daily & tried to fine tune it during my free time. I tried tuning for a week until almost give up...

Sudenly i remembered about the airbox, i opened it up & realized it was empty with many drilled holes. Covered the holes wit duct tape, bought the snorkel from carosel & sponge filter from agent. Instaled it & walah!! i got the seting. So for standed carb seting must with the exhaust, airbox, block, carb, electrical part all no mod ful stock standed.

Now my mileage can hit from 30km/l with rpm not more than 5k.. to 20km/l if always hi-revs.

I oso adjusted my 2t pump to standed seting but add abit 2t into petrol tank when pumping ful. Wah! Tis bike 2t oso can last for quite long.

Now balance my block scratch havent setle..

To be continue..

This is a nice model, I Want to actually purchase this.

Go for it! It's a great beginner bike.

The bike handling is great, Stable at high speed and the pick-up speed of this bike is awesome.

One of the fastest bike in CAT 2B without modification. (Gonna Control your throttle unless you planning on get a Speeding Ticket) :cheeky:

My friend who told me to get this bike didn't get a 2A Bike, he was riding KRR for few years and jump straight to Class 2 Bike.

Most importantly: The bike is very loud, YES I mean VERY LOUD. (Isn't that awesome?) :cheer:

Been Riding for a month now... I'm glad I survived...

It appears some drivers are stupid to mess with P-plate riders. The P-plate shows that there's a huge chance of this driver or rider making mistakes, why on earth would you want to tail-gate them sia... :slapforehead:

Everything the SSDC Instructors taught me has been very useful especially the golden rule, as it appears the right of way doesn't goes for us riders. Vehicles happy happy signal and cut into our lane without any concerns.

However for checking back before moving off and whether to lane-split or not to is still a doubt to me.

The first few days I always check back before moving off, what I realize is when I do my check back the car behind me is already starting to move towards me liao....

And also even though our road tax isn't that expensive, that doesn't mean we don't deserve to ride on a lane right? :sian:

Scenario 1,

I'm riding in the middle lane, in-front of me is a van. The Van goes to right-lane and then goes back to middle lane after I pass him and follow me from behind. The van then goes to left lane, drive next to me, signal right and turn right into my lane forcing me to lane-split.

This is the very first time I gotten so angry that I pointed middle finger at him before I speed off.

Scenario 2,

Whenever I'm in the junction turning right, I come to learn that most drivers don't really knows how to control they're speed. Most of this lousy drivers are driving auto car... Speedup and Jam brake, speedup turn right Jam brake again... "Are they trying to make me rear-end them and claim my insurance or trying to turn me into sandwich patty?" :weep:

Sometime I rather I get a ticket than to get hit by a vehicle from behind.

I think I should buy myself a Gopro and report those reckless drivers to TP...:gun::gun::gun:

I tampines. Like tat can bring me to ‘dam’ lah.. haha..

"30km/l with rpm not more than 5k.." Not bored?

Instructors taught all the drivers & riders good practice but after pass out all come out own patern (including myself). Wat to do.. our road culture like tat..

My opinion is, some knowledge can learn thru books & some knowledge learn from hard knocks.

from ur bad riding incidents.. i can say after riding for sometime the rider insticts wil naturaly come to u.

here i remind to all & myself.. try our best to ride alert & ride safely..

Last time riding i used to take precaution on taxi. time has changed.. i now scared of grabuber, their driving worst then taxi.

I felt tat the gamen authorities not doin enuf..

Ya, i oso think like wan to get a cam too..

This one normal bro .. this is how Singaporean drivers are .. impatient cannot give way one .. so just be careful when riding . Just ride as per normal . They follow behind also f them . Your lane mah. U pay road tax I also pay . Like me . Got annoying driver I just go infront then ride slowly . They want kiss my ass go ahead haha . 90km/h mah speed limit . If normal road 50-70 . But so far yet to encounter that kind of incident very bad . Sometimes the reckless one is me 😅

Bro Dto

Tis something similar hapen to me last time..

in normal riding condition.. rpm 1k to 5.5k smooth, between 5.5k to 6.5k bobok, 6.5k and above smooth. For me difficult to ride coz doesn’t suit my relax style as canot cruise medium speed.

So wat i did was;

Remove the carburetor needle & u can see a standed krr needle wit 3 grooves.

Move the ‘c-clip’ to the top groove.

Find one thin tiny washer & slot thru needle below ‘c-clip’ so can get a ‘finer setting’ between top groove & centre groove.

Reinstall everything & retune carb air screw. Prob solved.

Disclaimer: Pls check wit the experts as i may b wrong & i not qualified person juz sharing personal xprience.

Yeah . So far been riding need rev up . My setting is tuned to open high haha . Damn can rev till 13k but petrol gone ah hahah
