wha so many new krr riders ah.. sui bo.

 

talking bout brakes, my rear brake gone case liao. when i step the pedal, it gets stuck. then will auto brake my rear wheel. crazy sh!t.

you can give motul 300 a try for 4T. good value for $ imho.

but i'll pay more attention to the 2T of a krr than a 4T if i were u.

 

currently using EBC HH brake pads on my ride.

together with a combination of HEL steel brake hose and the brakes rock!~!

 

u can give Race werks a try. they have motul (and maybe Redline/maxima also)

Hmmm cos recently no time to go get castrol R2 so i went to buy esso 2T pace which is semi..... wonder if it is good or is it die die also must use fully syn?

few days ago at malaysia..the 2T light light up..so I went to caltax to get the 2T..

but after topping up , now when i off throttle (before complete stop) i will hear "diat diat diat" sound ..i aso dunnoe from where

could it because i mix the 2T with my previous R2 ??

Sounds like your chain hitting your swingarm?

thanks shockard for the info... anyway i realise that KRR the swingarm there can put balancer... any1 have tried b4? got any postive or negative remarks?

i dunnoe wat is balancer and swingarm leh... onli know sp swingarm called proarm ..lol my bike now dirty like sh1t ..all thanks to the creamy chain lube

don u noe that KRR the swingarm there got a rubber thing on each side? if u take out the rubber got screw thread... like that can put balancer mah... any1 noe the actual use of it? maybe for special padlock stand?

 

patrick balancer is the metal thingy at the tip of each side of the handlebar...swingarm is the part the connected to the rear wheel, sp use single side, ours normal 1 lor... and use maxima chain wax... wun fling... i got white rims so i noe....

cool ..thanks ..I go buy chain wax then ask the motordiam check if my swingarm got touch my rear tyre... but i change to 120/80 for quite some time ..now then hear the "diat diat diat" sound sometimes after i off throttle

the pic is showing the SWINGARM.

uh...swingarm also got slider one ah...

the only sliders i've seen on KRR is on the white vs green color KRR outside LAB

the sliders are screwed on to the side of the fairing bracket mounting

I followed the manual.

I vaguely remember something like:

 

0-800km - less than 80km/h & less than 7000rpm

800-1600km - less than 100km/h & less than 9000rpm

 

I suggest you go open the powervalve occassionally, open the throttle and let the rpm rise past the 7k mark then slowly release. My first 3000km, I only opened the powervalve twice, both times open liao valve jam.

my bike nw doing run-in.. 690km today liao.. my motordiam tell me go below 80 for 1000km den run-in.. den dat time after my repair my father help me test the bike cos i cant ride with broken hand.. n he went 120km/h.. dat time was 600km.. den nw when he ride my bike with me on, always go 100km/h one.. so my bike still can consider running in or nt?

 

hey jz, ur bike doing run-in nw too? wah mine all still stock leh u already mod ur footrest to yoshi le

ur new bike go 120km/h then ur piston how??

to open powervalve ..u drag until ur rpm meter hits 7 or higher .. u will hear ur engine sound change lol

yeah ..seen tat bike too ..

is the 2 black slider there to absorb then impact when bike fall ??

or they got other uses??
