hmm.. every year must up this thread...

 

today i took my spark down to that show and had afew things changed...

 

racing boy sport rims,

michelin racing tyres,

thoese small sproket + chain,

oil change + oil filter,

meter cable,

headlight bulb,

break leaver...

 

total dmg = $500 + 7% GST

 

 

i think yuh loong motor is like courts.. can pay installment..

im short of cash so i juz pay $50-100 every month..

 

 

was it suppose to cost that much???

can someone tell me roughtly how much did he chop me??

I never mod a cub b4 but looking at the list, I estimate around $200-$250, can be cheaper if you do it in Malaysia.

 

You got chopped $250-$300 + 7% GST

 

If they charge you GST, make sure they give u an invoice.

 

GST is only applicable if there is an official receipt.

if u meant yuh loong.. u already got ur ans from the replies years back until now.. i personalli nvr been there and nvr will be...

 

n if u mean albert.. (i suspect u work for or own sum motordiam judgin from ur previous posts in the garage sale)

i would steer clear of albert at all costs for OBVIOUS reasons..

Go to AMK look for Nam Wah motortiam. Look for Ah Chye. His kup got champion few years back.

This is my case. My brake hose i think someone wanna steal so all the brake fluid start dripping. But i was new at that time so i didnt knw. So went to YL. You knw wat they say. Oh your hose spoil need to change. Oh your brake caliper cannot make it liaoz need to service. Total will cost you $500. KNN WAT THE F*UCK....

 

I service my own caliper just a few days back and can tell me mine spoil..... So nvm my hose leak so i say nvm change the hose the caliper will change other time. You knw how much i was charged???? $80 bucks for f*uck hose.. Not even "posh" brand. Wa so high but still NVM... You knw wats the best part??? He drain all the brake fluid and didnt bleed nvm he KNN never even pour brake fluid in and ask me go.... CCB he say $80 only i charge you for the brake hose the fluid you want i have to charge you again another $20. KNNBCCB brake fluid for $20...... Knn i can go ah boy buy 2 bottles with change of $6. And i can happily bleed my WHOLE BIKE......

there's once i go there ask they got sell the balancer.. i just want normal balancer for my spark.. fugging charge me $30... i just walk off.. fugging hell his balancer is posh brand only.. oso not what big deal.. i go jb buy even cheaper.. or LAB.. rather buy from other shop than there...

 

they do things really fug up one.. i ever see people quarreling outside the shop wif the ppl there..

 

 

btw i dont frequent tat stupid shop.. i frequent the shop all the way almost the exit there.. if u guys go there u noe.. that shop way better

Just did what i asked to, even help me clean air filter all. No chopping or carroting le... and i suspect none of them is call steven.

been reading thru the whole post, and i was laughing all the way....now share an experience wat my fren had...

 

my fren was riding a TA200, had front brake fluid reaching near min level, so i advised him to top up, he pass by this said shop, and decided to ask the price, was told his brake pump spoilt, dats y his brake fluid not enuff, gotta change whole front brake system for S$200...although my fren is a malaysian who has no exp in bike stuff, he knew something was wrong, and quickly walked away...end up my fren top up his brake fluid in JB for RM2 nia....

 

hiak hiak hiak, i think i beta film the said shop's boss while talking and upload into youtube....

I think its best to say that after reading all the threads - it is safe to go with the RECCOMENDED SHOPS ONLY - why waste your time? you get the shitty service - kena chop and probably put your own lives at risk! Go to the better shops and forget the rest - until they understand that they have a duty to perform to a reasonable degree for our hard earned cash!!!

If not worng from the pervious post. Since i nv went there b4. Used to live near there i judge the place is behind the serangoon stadium row of shop houses. The most right hand side with u facing the shop houses.

 

Bro.. there is 2 bike shop over tat row of shop houses.. when facing the row , the most right is Cai Fatt motor not tat Yu Loong.. Cai Fatt do serving gud , friendly and reasonable price.. And Cai Fatt open till late midnight.. Please dun mistaken Cai Fatt as Yu Loong.. Cai Fatt is way better den Yu Loong.. for Cai Fatt..
